The place is quiet, the noise of traffic is almost inaudible. The air conditioning works, there is a warm shower, there are no odors, the refrigerator works, there is soap in the bathroom. For the price it's a very good option. Staying overnight is very good.The downside is that the walls are thin, so you can hear the neighbors. My neighbor liked to talk loudly and I heard everything. The entrance to the bathroom is very low and I hit my head twice.

Came here during the peak period December 2023.Awesome service, Thailand being the land of smiles.Pro- Affordable price- A "in the wild" experience- Separated room with bathroom- Last min Availability usually there provided the receptionist or lady boss is still around- recyclable stuff being used, like the chair is made of wood or cement, very very environmental friendly, feels like I'm back in the past with all those set up.Cons- Crawling insects could be found while you are bathing, as it's "outdoor settings".- Bed too soft for my comfort (big sized guy)- Door setting too low for me (1.71m), knock my head while heading towards toilet, extremely painful.- 7-11 abit far for my comfort, ride about 5min to reach.

Great stop off on the Mae Hong Son Loop! 1hr 15 from Mae Hong Son and 2.5ish from Doi Inthanon… the town is quite big so has everything you need! The rooms are great, spacious, comfy, clean, free water/coffee/TV/fridge/decent wifi and air con for only £11… very happy we stayed & plenty of parking.Follow @lifelemonstravel for budget travel content!

There are rooms of many sizes to choose from. We stayed in a large room with 4 beds. The atmosphere of the room was ok, spacious, clean, but the room may not be soundproof. Heard noises from guests in the next room. Loud and disturbing from time to time. Overall, ok. The atmosphere is shady.

The place is not very well kept. There are multiple stains in the room's walls and the toilet is not in great condition. The worst part, which normally is the only thing I care and that is the reason I am writing this review, is the mattress. It is impossible to sleep in it, you can feel all the springs. Toilet has few issues and looks dirty. It isa shame because the place had potential but needs a little bit of maintenance and investment.For 500 baht it is not good value for money.

We stayed here 1 night. Paid 500B for 2 twin beds with aircon.The beds were clean, with good blankets. The room was spacious and had its own bathroom attached, although the bathroom is outside but has a roof.The wifi was strong and fast.Quiet area, very peaceful with an area to sit outside your room.The lady that greeted us was very kind, did not speak much English but we figure it out.

Made last minute booking on reservation site, arrived 5 min later . Room was clean , very large , 1 x King , 1 x single . Working AC , fridge , kettle , hot water , free drinking water provided.Travelling around Mae Hong Son this has to be one of the best finds so far , affordable and walking distance to 711 / Lotus’s . We paid B650 though reservation site . Could probably bargain a little if direct, but still well worth the price. !!

Turned up late at night without a reservation and was lucky that 2 rooms were available. My Thai wife negotiated the price down to a very good price and the rooms were big, comfortable, air conditioning, TV and rainfall shower.

The gardens were lovely, it was quiet yet walking distance to town. There was a fridge, cold aircon, hot shower with good pressure and a kettle.The bed is terribly hard but with springs protruding as well. The neighbours, who may reside there, smoked outside our window but its o nly louvers so the smell came through and they were very noisy from 6am. There was no cover on the drain and we had midgies in the bathroom.

Clean room, quiet atmosphere Equipment in the room includes towels. Big bottle of liquid soap But no shampoo There is a water heater, TV, kettle, no breakfast. If compared to the room price of 1290 baht, it is considered very expensive.
