Awesome place - by far the most beautiful accommodation I’ve been in Indonesia. Aimone is always there for you and helps you organizing…e.g. scooter rental etc

The most amazing place! I stayed for eleven nights and Aimone took care of all my wishes and needs just perfectly. His place is beautiful, the rock suite i stayed in was just incredible, with great views over the surrounding hills and the sea and plenty of space to relax. The food is amazing as well, great italian pasta as well as sushi night and the best indonesian food I’ve had so far. The surf is around a ten minutes drive away, and there is very fast starlink wifi so its a great, quiet place to get some work done if needed. All in all I can only highly recommend staying here.

Stunning and serene place on top of the hill with a unique view on the famous T-Land surf spot. I stayed over night and had breakfasts and sometimes dinner at Utopia and food was always delicious. Sushi night on Wednesdays is recommended. Owner and staff are super kind and helpful, left the place grateful and will definitely come back.

My family and I stayed with a 5 year old at Utopia for 21 nights. Crazy place full of charm surrounded by the greenery of the forest. Peaceful sleep and intense days of surfing and adventurous excursions among mangroves and precious crystals. Aimone (father Bos) welcomed us and accompanied us for the entire period. I surfed great and my family had a great time. 5 star location and Rote is the perfect destination to be together in peace and enjoy real Indonesian life. Recommended to everyone 👍🏄♂️🤟

Perfect location to enjoy Nembrala, 5 minutes by motorbike from the beach, but being on the hill in addition to the view you can enjoy the breeze which blows constantly in this period and there is no need for air …

Magical place, 5 minutes from the sea, ocean view, immersed in the forest at the top of the hill where you can enjoy the constant breeze that allows you to sleep under the huts without air conditioning, to fully immerse yourself in the Indonesian spirit, but with a purely Italian cuisine, the perfect way to spend your stay in Rote.
