The place is quite rundown. The air cond doesn't work so we were basically baked in the room at night.Even though they say the pool closes at 9pm they started treating the pool by 7pm so it wasn't assessible anymore.The manager doesn't really understand the actual problem when complaints and are just defensive and came up with ridiculous excuses for inadequate service.For the price, better get a newer room.There's no lift to upper floor so it's not wheelchair accessible.

The location is far from the main area, but tuk-tuk service is available until midnight. The staff is very friendly and the swimming pool is beautiful. It feels like Santorini. The room is spacious and clean. The breakfast is served very well and there are many types of drinks. The staff uniforms are also cute. The water pressure is good too. I am very satisfied. I'll come again. Thank you to the staff and boss.

The hotel is decorated in a Greek atmosphere and has a large pool and breakfast,The hotel has shuttles until 12 at night to the center which was very convenient for us.- Recommends to those who do not want to experience the unique Thai atmosphere of Pai and have no problem being distant and disconnected from the area. (a bit more expensive than other hotels)

We highly recommend this place. They are cheerful like cartoon characters, they help us with everything, let us have fun, we enjoy paddling, we paddled to the end of the path, we found a story of a swimming pool or at the end of the paddling path. Wow! The design is very perfect, the swimming pool is very beautiful, especially at night, there are many angles for taking pictures to make clips. I like this place very much, I recommend this place when coming to the end.

We had an amazing stay at Oia Resort. The rooms were spacious and the location excellent. There is a free shuttle to take you into town or it is a short 10 minute walk away. The staff were courteous, kind and professional. We loved the fruit boat that comes by rooms in the morning as well as the afternoon tea. The kayaks were a lot of fun too. All very nice touches. We would recommend this resort to anyone looking to be close to the town but feeling like you are secluded.

Had an incredible stay here at Oia Pai Resort. There really is something for everyone. The food was delicious and they had a wide variety of choices at breakfast and during the day. At breakfast, they can cook pad thai or a variety of types of eggs. The boat with all the fresh fruit was a wonderful touch and you can even select it from your room if you have a room leading out to the pool. They offered a small snack and drink for free for afternoon tea as well.The pool area consisted of two places - one was like a little river with kayaks and the other was a swimming pool with a bridge, hammocks and little alcoves.The location was great as it was quiet and calm - away from the noise of the night market, but had a free shuttle to and from the main town.If I come back to Pai, I will definitely choose to stay here again!

Nice themed hotel. Nice room, which was clearly renovated. The theme part, the boats etc. are very nice, but the water was very dirty and the details that make the theme are in dire need of maintenance. The swimming pool was nice, but the side pools were dirty and therefore unusable. The staff was very friendly, but has rules to run the hotel, not necessarily for the benefit of the guests. All in all definitely a nice experience!

We had an amazing time at this hotel. The staff is incredibly attentive and helpful going out of their way to provide best service.Rooms are cozy, clean and have all amenities. We loved having the fruits delivered by water in the mornings.Shuttle bus to town will take you and pick you up on demand and minimum waiting. It’s minutes from walking street.Bufet breakfast also fabulous and offered a variety of options.The kids loved kayaking, I found out I’m terrible at it 🤣.Cannot recommend this place more, you will have a super pleasant stay.

It's a bit far from Pai's main street, but it's quiet and comfortable. The rooms are, of course, clean, bug-free, and nice, and the service is excellent.The service for breakfast and fruit party (where you can eat as many different fruits as you want) was great! I was able to enjoy afternoon tea, but I was disappointed that I couldn't participate due to my schedule.The swimming pool was cozy and well-maintained, and you can also go canoeing.Our couple rented a motorcycle and had no trouble moving from the resort to other places, but I think it would be more convenient for others to use the shuttle bus provided free of charge by the hotel. I called to come to Pai Main Street late in the evening and he came within 10 minutes! It's best.Overall, I was satisfied with this resort! I'll come again!

The resort is about a five minute drive from the city center, but the feeling is that it is remote and extremely quiet. The design is in Greek style, with lots of nice corners where you can sit and just enjoy the atmosphere. The pool is large and clean, and there is also a lake with kayaks that you can sail in the hotel complex. The service is simply wonderful: the staff is welcoming and kind, including shuttles to the city during all hours of the day until midnight. The breakfast is excellent! In conclusion, the place is definitely recommended.

We loved everything about the resort. The resort is designed so that guests would feel like royals. Special thanks to JM who took care of everything and more for us. She really gave us the feeling we are very welcome in the resort and in Pai. Also, the breakfast is great - including for vegetarians and vegans. Highly recommended!
