It is the only modern hotel built from concrete in Mae Hong Son.Since it is next to the main road, the windows facing the road were intentionally blocked and people could look out through the side windows to reduce noise.I could communicate with the counter owner in English, and the recommended restaurant (Grahtin's Kitchen: 850m) was cheap and delicious. Breakfast is not provided, but I was told of a nearby noodle restaurant, and it was cheap (40 baht: about 1,500 won) and delicious.I stayed in March and it was 700 baht per night.

Yoont has been in existence at least 10 years judging by the reviews here, though not reviewed since pre covid. I'm happy to oblige. It is right on the main street with their own parking lot a few houses down. …

Comfortable hotel The room size is small because when we reserved a three-bed room, the bathroom was clean, but the price was a bit too high. For 3 people, you can reserve 2 rooms. Breakfast is served on the rooftop. Experience the morning mist

A good hotel in the city center but quiet at night. The receptionist speaks good English, the rooms are clean, large and comfortable and a good breakfast included in the price is served on the terrace with a view of the mountains. Private, shaded parking 20 meters away, also included in the price. Very recommendable address for a stopover.

A nice hotel located in the small town of Kunyuam. I went without a reservation, but the woman at the front desk was kind enough to accommodate me. The room with one bed was perfect for a single person and was clean and had a good stay.When taking an early morning bus to another city, I called the driver the night before to confirm the time.There is also a convenience store and supermarket within a 10 minute walk. There are also markets and shops nearby.This is a great place to stay if you are in the city of Kunyuam.

The hotel has a classic, folky vibe. You can enjoy the environment without adding a lot of decorations. The rooms are clean, next to the road, and the outside is not chaotic. The weather is cool.

The room is compact, there is no elevator, the room is not soundproof, the accommodation is next to the road, there is car noise but at night it is quiet. There is no breakfast, only coffee. The car park is far from the hotel. If it's a motorcycle, you can park in front of the hotel.

Cute hotel, suitable for Khun Yuam city Suitable for relaxation If I had many more days, I would probably stay here for many more days. Suitable for quiet relaxation, good service, simple, friendly, just sitting in the hotel lobby, watching people, sipping coffee, that's it.

The room is very ok. It is an old building that has been renovated. There may be many places that are not okay, such as the stairs. Other customers run up and down. The sound is very loud, probably because it is also made of wood. The mattress is very hard 😂 The shower head is broken and cannot be adjusted in any way.It's good that the laundry shop is not far away for those traveling, which is really good.

Arriving at Khun Yuam, it's almost dark already. We stopped to ask at 2-3 places before, which was not okay at all. This is the best hotel for us, cute decorations, clean, comfortable rooms. The bed is softer than other places. Friendly. Staying in a room next to the road, there's a constant noise of traffic at night but it's not bad. But the back room should be quieter. There is parking in front of the police station.

The location is on the main road in the city.(At night there are no cars running.Staying in a room next to the road is not noisy)It seems to have been recently renovated, simple style.Room with old style bathroom But it's clean.The layout of each floor and stairs is very strange.There's parking a little next door.The best thing is that breakfast is served on the 4th floor (rooftop).The morning view is very beautiful.
