Recommend coming to stay. Clean. There is a choice of having a room with a kitchen or without a kitchen. Coming as a family would be great. Worth more than worth it. There are sheep to see. There is a field for children to run and play. There is a swimming pool to play in, quiet.

Lovely place a bit outside PaiBut if you have a car it's a nice and quiet place for families.The houses are spacious and pleasant. Simple and practical furnished. There are houses with and without a kitchen (there is a shared kitchen, but it is only open until 5 p.m.)The pool is lovely and the spaces are quiet.There are also laundry services at 30 baht per kilo which was very convenient.

Wow, simply amazing, magical and dreamy placeWhen you enter the hotel you feel like you have entered a neighborhood in the United StatesStreets with replicas of large housesSuch a beautiful pool with an amazing viewThe whole hotel is well invested and well designedYou can take pictures in every cornerThe house consists of a parking lot with a sitting area outside, a large and well-furnished living room, and 3 rooms - 2 of them with bathrooms inside the room and one with a bathroom outside, but they are private.The room is also well decoratedLocation about 10 minutes drive from the city but there is Saban Ilvan and pharmacies nearby and Sofor a minute drive from the hotel.And the mall and beautiful views are also really closeNot all the staff know English well but they are lovely.A special, beautiful, magical and indulgent experienceRecommends

A very high level far beyond the price you payDecorated, spacious roomsReception is not always available but there is a phone number that is always answeredGreat pool, big and cold and full of excellent seating areasThe place is quiet as it is a bit remote, but with a motorbike we got everywhere without a problem - Panda couriers also come here

It is a place where the view and feeling are not like being in Thailand. The only thing is that the sun is very hot. May cause you to stay in the room all day. Don't forget to bring your swimsuit as there is a swimming pool where you can cool off from the heat.

Nice houses. 3 of them have a shared kitchen - it’s better to take these options, because there are no restaurants nearby at all. But in the outermost house - G "grace" there is a very strong smell of sewage. and outside the window the pump is constantly making noise and you can hear it when they are flushing in any of the houses. The pool is small and a bit chemical. In March, for some reason, cleaning was rarely turned on - a lot of garbage was floating around. The cafe was not working. Otherwise a good place in Pai. can be recommended for accommodation.

Very comfortable and nicely styled accommodation. Has all the amenities i need. Big houses, ideal for families, with a huge common area. Outside big pool and sauna. Very quiet. Very friendly staff. There is even a church on the second floor of the reception, where you can do Sunday service! For me it is a choice nr 1 in Pai.

Overall a wonderful place. Good service, nice and attentive people.Everything looks very beautiful. The area is so beautiful that you want to walk along it, there are many trees and beautiful houses. The place is very quiet and calm, you really feel like you are on vacation outside the city.There is a swimming pool and sauna on site for 150 baht/person.For breakfast you can eat porridge, eggs, which will be cooked the way you want, and pancakes, there are also sauces, vegetables, tea, etc. (also 150 baht).The only negative is the cleanliness: the smell of sewage in the toilet and it is not perfectly clean. This was a small minus for us, but overall we liked everything.By car it takes about 10 minutes to the center of Pai.

It’s a bit far from Pai’s traveler’s district, but…In a beautiful atmosphere like a village in EuropeThe owner is also very kind.We had a great time for 4 days and 3 nights.It's a great place to stay for a monthBreakfast is a vegan meal that changes dailyBecause of the location, a car or motorcycle is a must! However, it has a very pretty swimming pool and although it is a bit cold in Pai in the winter, there is a sauna so you can warm up and then go into the pool, which is fantastic.My child became close with the kid next door, so I was really sad to have to go on a trip to another city. Next time I travel to Thailand, I plan on staying here^^ Highly recommended!!

Very beautiful place! Friendly stuff was ready to help us in any questions. The best part was breakfast. Magnificent view + yummy food is the best combo!!! And we appreciate to nice woman who did pancakes and scramble eggs special for us🥰The only unpleasant thing was toilet smell(( may be something is wrong with the sewerage

Very good place, it's a house, suitable for families. Do activities and spend time together The atmosphere is good during the winter. There is a swimming pool, sauna room, the food is delicious, the staff are lovely and speak sweetly. There is a Bible to read in the room. There are good books suitable for families and small children. Very warm. May God bless you.
