I stayed in a villa building.I said it was by the river.After walking for a while, there is almost no water in the same place.It's been a while since I built it, so I'm giving it 2 stars.The bathroom smells and the water pressure is the worst.Even when the air conditioner is running at full power, the rooftop is heated.It's not a jokeIt's far from downtownA few hundred meters on the way in are unpaved roads.No intention to revisit

The room was really clean, no dust in the corners.Really well maintainedI was worried after seeing the bug reviews, but I didn’t see a single bug!!For 200 baht, they will give you a light to have a barbecue party on the rooftop.You have to buy meatIt's really great to see the stars while drinking at night.And the owner's service is really great and he's so kind.I feel very good too haha.

Overall, an amazing place to stay with excellent 360° views over the valley, good local amenities, and really spacious modern lodgings. Nonetheless, I found it quite difficult to communicate with staff members at times; especially when unusual situations arise. Specifically, we asked to extend our stay by one night, and they said we'd have to move rooms, which was understandable. We left our original room, and awaited the new one to be made ready. Returning a couple of hours later they invited us back into our old room before asking us to move a few hours later into our new room. On approaching the new room we realised that there was an enormous wasp nest directly above the door with wasps swarming in the vicinity. This was clearly quite a dangerous situation so we ended up having to stay elsewhere after somewhat wasting our day.

Had an amazing stay here. It’s about a 15minute walk to the centre, which we really liked because the villa is located between local farms and is therefore really peaceful and quiet at night. Everything was very clean and the bed was very comfortable, staff very friendly. Would come here again!

I’m sure the families are probably nice people and one of the cleaning ladies is in fact the nicest person I’ve encountered in Thailand, but I am very sorry to say that the hotel is such a let down.Cleanliness to maintenance are both lacking.Our room(#4) seems to be abandoned for a while when we checked in: few insects crawling, sever spider webs built up in the shower, snail resting in toilet & moldy ceiling, and a light had gone out.The room itself is fine but the toilet is the scariest thing on earth. It’s in mottled black, poorly designed, unclean and looking like a dungeon. Hot water is almost non-existence - if you want your shower to be remotely hot, you have to crank up the temperature switch which results in only a thin stream of water coming out that could barely wet your body let alone take any proper shower. Wifi is extremely poor too that goes from 1 bar to non. Oh and when it rained, water leaked through the wall nearby the aircon onto the seating area all night in our room.Located in a small town isn’t an excuse cause we stayed in a total of 4 hotels in Pai including a guesthouse that costs half of the price, non of them had such a poor shower/toilet/wifi.Views are nice unfortunately no furniture are provided on the rooftop so you can’t really hang out outdoor anyways, neither can you open the curtains of your room otherwise everyone passes by can see just right through you.All in all, we don’t feel like that the hotel worths the price it’s asking for.

A special hotel, architecture invested in design.The room is spacious and comfortable.No breakfast, but worth going into town to one of the local places.And the shower is not amazing in the room.But beautiful and cool!And the location is also excellent.

We had an amazing stay here.The staff is so friendly and helpful.The villas are goodlooking, realy clean and have good air-conditioning.They even made a campfire for us after we asked them if we could make one.Definitely reccomend staying here while visiting pai, 10/10!

There are so many bugs...Good for seeing and feeling natureIf you look at the sky at night, you can see a lot of stars!It is against traveling with family or without a car.I haven't tried the double room, but it looks good from the outside.It looks better than a shared room. I only recommend going if you have a car. It's still so hard to think about accommodations, so I remember buying two electric fly swatters to catch mosquitoes... hahaI took a picture on purpose to upload a photo of the accommodation, but I can't upload it. I'll upload it when I get a chance.
