Quite private, quiet villa. Excellent service from the three brothers who attended to us at all times, their kindness and disposition make you feel very comfortable. I recommend it 100%

We stayed one week in the family room and loved it. The villa is spacious, very comfortable, and kept quite clean and new considering that you really are in the jungle. The staff are really wonderful - so friendly, smiling, welcoming, and helpful! The location is really good - on the edge of Sebatu, within walking distance of the town and it's beautiful temples, and a few good restaurants too. And to the south you are within walking distance of the waterfall. They can also rent a motorbike if you find the walks a bit too long. We will definitely come back!

Located in Sebatu a foresty area away from ubud center with lush greeneries and rice fields, this villa is for someone who wants a reset from the hassle and buzzle of the city. The only cons is far from the Ubud center, commute is limited grab isn't allowed since it's a privately property except if you're returning ubud. Pros large suite villa for a good price. Not crowded. Mornings are the best with the birds chirping and just purely sound of nature. Also love their mie goreng

A peaceful and friendly atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The check-in process was very efficient and fast, no need to wait long to get my room.**Room:**The room I stayed in was very comfortable and natural, with a unique and artistic design. Every detail in the room, from the decoration to the toiletries, is paid attention to. The soft bed made me sleep very soundly. The view from the room is also stunning, especially at night it looks very beautiful.**Facility:**The facilities at this villa are very complete. There is a swimming pool with incredible views, especially at sunset.**Location:**The location is far from urban areas, and access at night is quite worrying. However, various tourist destinations are quite close to the location where I stay. Very suitable for recreation with family**Service:**All staff are very friendly, professional and ready to help at any time. They paid extra attention to every detail, which made me feel very valued as a guest.

It's indeed top for its serviceThe view provided is also very beautiful.It's like a hidden gem, but it's worth it because the atmosphere and view it provides are different from the villas around there.For smooth access to the villa, it is easy to find according to gmaps.In the morning the air is still cool, the sound of birds is typical like in the village

Personally I like the room but considering its 30-mins far from Ubud (our mistake on not reviewing that), kinda a challenge to move around especially at night. Kinda scary road if you're not familiar with. But one brownie point of its location nearest to one of a nice underrated waterfall to swim in (and not crowded). But one thing I don't like about the room was that the toilet is exposed outside, so a bit scary to go the toilet in the middle of the night alone. But if that doesn't bother you, go for it.The staff was really nice. Especially during when we had difficulties to start our motor and also with our heavy luggages.For us 2 travelers, this could be one of the worst stay we have had, but it's not that bad if you want a quiet and relax ambience. So I'm not sure if this review helps! Good luck!
