Come and stay here during Galungan Day. Is there no room service because the kitchen is closed? đ So I just ordered online for dinnerđ¤ I stayed in the suite room type. Not too broad. But still comfortable. The TV is off. Ask the hotel staff if it's not repaired đ the bathroom is clean and very spacious. When it comes to lighting/lights, I actually don't like the dim ones because they are less clear to see, especially in the bathroom. But maybe that's the concept. In front of the room there is a swimming pool but I haven't had time to try it because of early check-out. Breakfast between rooms. It feels okay

Overall rating 3/5. Because I'm a hospitality person, I don't feel comfortable complaining to the staff. So I only stayed for 1 night and when I checked in, I arrived quite late at around 8-9 and at the time of checking in there were 2 other people also checking in. Well, when I had finished c-in, I arrived at the room and the room was a bit strange in the corner. Meanwhile, I booked the direct pool-view one. I can't even see anything." After a few minutes I called FO asking to move rooms because the room next to mine was still empty. But the staff said the room was full. OK, that's fine. So tomorrow I won't swim. Just sleeping. And there are also a lot of facilities in the room that you have to pay attention to, the walls in the room are really moldy, the wardrobe and room should also be provided with freshener because it's really musty. Thanks

Room was not at all clean, swimming pool was dirty, bathroom door was broken, there were insects in the room, dust on the floor, cutrains were torn, bed sheet was with holes. Avoid this property at any cost.

Awesome peaceful place for stay. Clean big rooms and Good location. Helpful , polite staff with prompt services as required. Delicious breakfast ( fried rice , noodles and fresh juices).Clean swimming pool with floating breakfast option (chargeable) and kids swimming pools . They also provide bike rental services.Overall excellent for Indian group, couple and family. We enjoyed alot and definitely recommend this villa to all who visit Ubud. Great place.!!

Stayed here for a few days. But I donât recommend this place when you work remotely. I had issue with the internet connection which was really slow. Luckily they gave me a portable wi-fi which helped a little bit.The pool wasnât clear and felt like they have put a lot of chlorine in it.This wasnât it for me especially travelling with my kids.

Beautiful place.nice and warm staff.Our room as good as expected, I think they already made a lot of maintenance and improvements for better experience.Breakfast was ok.Got a breakfast in the pool with view of ricefield.Ps: when I stayed here, we got nice and humble neighbors. We love it.
