WORST!!! Think 5 times before even wanting to stay. We booked for 3 nights and checked out after the first night. The room, setup and pool is amazing but the whole experience was so bad. Slugs in the bathroom, found some weird bug crawling near our bed and even with your main door shut, there's so much gaps inbetween that anything can crawl in the bedroom. We also woke up with bite marks on us. The outdoor tiles are so dirty and slippery. My husband fell while the staff were there during our room check in. There was absolute no response from the staff there. Not even an apology. We would have thought that they would have cleaned it after our grab driver told them to, but still nothing. The Location is okay if you're looking to do ATV because it is down the road but still very secluded. Overall it's a beautiful place but the owners and staff need to maintain the beauty. At this point - PLEASE AVOID!!!!!!!!!

We paid for 3 nights accommodation and we are leaving after only one night stay.My Bali vacation almost ended before it even began, as soon as we checked in we had plans to go to the ATV tour. Dropped my bag inside the room and walked out. The moment I stepped out and walked on the cement foot path they had inside I slipped and fell on my left arm. Our Grab driver came running towards me to check if I'm okay ( and then told the staff that they need to clean the path in their native language) but it seemed the staffs didn't even care. Absolutely no response.The owner or the staffs didn't even bother to check if I'm okay or not.- AC DIDNT WORK PROPERLY IN BOTH VILLAS.- BUGS IN THE BATHROOM AND THE ROOM- MAIN DOOR DOESN'T EVEN FULLY CLOSE.we called the owner and told him that we are checking out after only one night stay and he didn't even bother to check the reason. His response was " OK "Please Avoid this place.The villa looks nice, trust me, but they really need to work on it. It's filthy

The villa is dirty, not well maintained, the service is very poor, when booking it says include bf but in fact there are none and toiletries are not provided, the pool is dirty the TV is there but can't be turned on, the wifi is also playing around very disappointing staying here

This villa is really not maintained, the villa is neglected, really dirty. The price we pay does not match the facilities we get. Expensive. not to mention service, very difficult to contact. #disappointed
