We stayed in one of their new white huts and in all honesty I can not find fault with it whatsoever. Perfectly clean, clean decent quality bed linen and towels, hot shower, TV, AC, kettle, hairdryer etc. Absolutely perfect position next to the river by the bamboo bridge. If you book one of these bungalows I feel it would be a completely different experience to those in the old huts. Maybe the old criticism is the bed was quite hard but we are used to hard beds now in Thailand. We booked because our friends stayed here, we wouldn’t have done so reading the previous reviews so I feel I need to say something positive to encourage people to try the newer huts at least

It's a new resort. There are some parts that are being built. Located next to the bamboo bridge across to the walking street market. Very convenient. The room is clean. The owner is cute. In the morning, there is coffee, cocoa, bread, and bananas to eat. Accommodation has air conditioning and fans, priced at 500-1,500 baht, depending on the season. You can call and inquire at Khun Kae. There is a picture of a business card at the last picture.

Don’t do your laundry here. We got ours back with brown (rust?) sputs, we went back and they said they would clean it again. After that we got it back with completely different colors and they didn’t tell us. Seems that they used bleach to clean it

Very bad, the hotel canceled the room reservation. Because I'm going to sell foreigners. Then I pressed on Agoda that I wasn't coming to stay. When I arrived, I asked and made an annoyed face. I wasn't interested. I had already sold the room to a foreigner. Blame the system for faults We pressed to pay in front of the accommodation. Must arrive at 2 p.m. Pressed for not coming to stay at 8.58, very bad, bad service, only interested in foreigners

The place is in construction and the noise is strong and horrible. Very basic room and the bed is hard.There is no hot water at all in the shower, only cold. You hear the clubs from the city until 2 am and in 7 am in the morning you wake up to the screams of drunks..

There are also cabins, but I picked the newly built one at the entrance.I am very satisfied with the new construction. The marble floor and air conditioner TV are very comfortable.It was great because there was a hammock right in front.I think the cabin type was 500 baht per day, and the newly built place was 1,200 baht, but I signed a contract for 5 days and it was 1,000 baht per day.I'll sleep well again

If you arrive in Pai and ever other resort is completely book and you really need a place to crash, search no more. This place is the place. It’s right by the river and beautiful at night!But… if you’re looking for a clean place to stay. With comfortable beds, ac, an indoor bathroom, a toilet with running water, a hot shower or a bug free experience - this place is the for you…Also I should probably add that there is construction nearby so if you are a light sleeper or like to sleep after 8 am I also wouldn’t recommend this place.I stayed here 3 nights in total but 3 too many. I spend most of the day outdoors so the facilities didn’t bother me too much.
