It's great for the price. A bird wakes you up in the morning and a bug sings a lullaby at night. It's a bit far from Pai Walking Street, but it's perfect if you rent a motorcycle. I highly recommend it.

Outdated, poorly maintained. The employee is not ready to help you and after a broken shower, leaking tap, dirty sheets on the bed and little action from her, we decided to leave quickly!

Very beautiful place, I’ve got a spacious room with big windows and a mountain view. The owner is very hospitable, she helped me with all my problems. Highly recommended.

I have just been to Pai District for the first time. I stayed at Pai Woodland. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. The owner was kind and took care of me very well. I was very impressed. There will definitely be a chance to go back and stay again.

Love , love ,love this Hotel such a beautiful building and surroundings. The hotel owner is even more pleasant! So nice and clean she even washed our clothes for free , ordered taxis andoffered us food . She always had a smile on her face . I felt right at home in Pai woodland resort . Top marks all round 👌. Love from the UK 🇬🇧 ❤️ P.S the building does not look abandoned at all the grounds are well kept and the building is in good condition. If you turn up late like we did . The hosts room is at the bottom of the stairs to the right of the stairs she's very easy to find . My friend even lost his key at 3am . No problems she sorted it straight away even at that time of the morning. Nothing was a problem for her or too much trouble.

Brilliant place to stay. Room spacious, great value for money. The lady running the place was very kind and helpful. She did our laundry for free. Will definitely be staying there again when I return to pai.

Don't go to places like this~~~ I made a reservation through Agoda and was given a storage room without a TV or refrigerator and was given another room, the one shown in the picture. The owner is like a patient who is crazy about money.

If you want peace and quiet not too far from the center it's very good but that's about it. The exterior of the property is considerably lacking in maintenance...even gives the impression of being abandoned......same thing for the unmaintained swimming pool......for the first bedroom ....the springs on one of the beds were palpable to the touch, the drain from the shower flowed so slowly that water pooled at the bottom.The second bedroom was ok but we can say that a good upgrade would be welcome. There is no manager on site, however the cleaning lady does her best. I'm not even talking about value for money.You will find your little happiness in other accommodations.

Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this accommodation at all! For the price it was an absolute disgrace.The “resort” is completely run down and abandoned. No guests and no staff.Unfortunately the location is also a bit outside. We were aware of this, but we would no longer choose the accommodation for this reason.However, the worst thing is the accommodation conditions.We couldn't lock our rooms. In addition, the room was very dirty (mold, dust, dead insects, ...), the WiFi didn't work, the beds were rock hard, ...

The surrounding area is spacious, beautiful, shady and natural. Spacious rooms decorated with wood. Once you enter, you will feel warm and calm. It is just over a kilometer away from the Pai Walking Street. The service owner is very good. There is definitely a chance to stay again.

This place is abandoned by the looks of it. No staff, no guests, all overgrown and run down. We were unable to stay as there was no one around and the place was dirty and falling apart

We went with friends and felt that the room was clean, fragrant, and comfortable. The room was very spacious. The surrounding area was almost 10 rai. we ride bicycles And playing football is very fun. Definitely will come again.
