When I arrived, the staff quickly helped me with my bags and gave me a welcome drink. They walked me to my room and showed me around. I booked the room with a private pool and it did not disappoint. The pool was great, the bed was extremely comfortable, and I had a welcome fruit snack. The bathroom was open air which was nice but the toilet was also outside and the sun shines directly on you as your sitting. I also had to keep moving my feet to avoid ants, so I was hot and hyperactive while using the restroom, which was not ideal. I ordered dinner (Margherita Pizza and Shrimp Tempura) - the pizza was good but the shrimp was disappointingly small, fried extra hard, with no flavor. I wanted a different item (mixed seafood platter which comes with fish, shrimp & squid) but they would not allow substitutions (I don't eat squid and wanted more fish or shrimp instead) but they refused. Breakfast was okay but very small portion size for the French Toast. It was very noisy during my stay at night and in the morning. While in the pool at night, I could hear "adult noise" from another room with a pool, and early in the morning, I heard a child constantly playing & screaming for over an hour from my bedroom, even with all doors closed. Checkout is at 12pm and they called at 1120am to remind me, which felt very pushy. At 12pm, I tried calling reception for help with my bags but I could not get through after multiple attempts. 2 minutes after 12pm, I started to leave to go to the front and ask for help in person when the phone rang again. They were advising me it was past checkout time, 2 minutes after, so a grace period is obviously out of the question, as if it's too much for them to bear. I informed them that I tried calling and needed help with my bags, to which they proceeded to send help. Overall, it was a nice stay, with areas of improvement.

The resort is good in total. Staff and service is nice and friendly. They helped us on everything we asked for. Room was good. We had not a villa but a regular one. There is a free shuttle to Ubud which we used one day. This worked very well. Thank you :)

We were there at the end of July and we had 2 rooms since we were going with the children. With the pool, the service and the great staff. Yuni at reception was a great help and a super decisive girl!The hotel was clean and well cared for, for me it was a bit remote since to do things, especially at night, you had to travel by car and we know what traffic entails!!We had breakfast included, which was very complete, and we had dinner one day too!

This is my first trip to bali... I had great experience in my villa the food the atmosphere and my private pool. Add on the staff are very caring and so respectful. I had my grwat time there. Definitely well be back soon with family and will 100% recommend

We had a room with a private pool, the good thing is that no one can look in, so you have 100% privacy.Very friendly staff. We always ordered breakfast to our room and it came exactly on time. It is a very quiet location. With the roller you can reach the center of Ubud in 20-30 minutes, so a star deduction.
