■ The garden is well decorated.■ It smelled good when I entered the accommodation.■ I guess the air conditioner was turned on. I went in and it was nice and cool.■ The location of the property is very good.□ The toilet paper holder was rusty and broken.□ There was no warm water in the shower, so I took a shower with cold water.

The room itself was dirty, no matter how much they cleaned it every day. Mosquitoes and worms in the room. However, it is in the center of Pai and the shared pool area is comfortable.

Really beautiful facility right in the center of Pai on Walking Street.Great garden with pool and lounge area and lots of greenery.The rooms are really nicely decorated and have terraces and chairs outside.The owners are really nice too.Plus top room service every day.A real highlight

Great place. The sound of the jazz tent wasn't too bad, but in the morning you could also hear the temple. We had a great time for 1 night.

The room was great and the service was actually great, but in the pool you couldn't open your eyes because of all the chemicals. Otherwise it was great. The location is great, but it is very loud until 12 o'clock because of the jazz bar which is 10m away.

Nice little hotel with a pool in a perfect location. We had a family room with two double beds. Completely sufficient and fine. The pool provides a welcome way to cool off. Quiet yet central location with plenty of breakfast options nearby. We'd love to come back!

Great place to stay in Pai, short walk from the centre of town. Staff were friendly, room was clean and comfortable, nice pool and lounge area with a coy pond. Would recommend.

It's convenient as it's close to Walking Street. The rooms are lodge-type, and each lodge has a pool in the center.The lodge itself feels a little old, but the price and location make up for it.The problem was that there was no hot water in the shower, and even though it was cold at night and the temperature required a microdown, I tried touching the shower lever to see if it was a cold shower, but only water came out.When it failed, I turned the lever to the other side and hot water came out.I don't know if it's probably the construction guys, but the lever is reversed.If you are reading this and are staying at this hotel, please turn the other way.I stayed for two nights, but the temperature was so low that I couldn't use the pool, and it took all day to get hot water.But it's okay from next time🤣🤣Overall, it is a hotel with good cost performance.

The walking street is in front of the accommodation. If you drive, you must check-in before 4:00 p.m. otherwise you won't be able to come in. There is enough parking.The inside area is very beautiful. There is a garden and a pavilion to sit and relax and watch the koi fish.The downside is that it's next to the JAZZ restaurant. In the evening, the music is very loud and you may have to walk on the street with a lot of pedestrians. No need to rush to bed. (The music should stop around 10 p.m.)

Absolutely loved our stay here! Super clean, nice and quiet and seems like an escape right off the main road. The owners and staff are super nice and always smiling.There’s an outdoor common area with the pool and bungalow combo surrounded by massive koi fish. The prices are good too! I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone who wants a great spot by the night market
