Went there as a family and booked 2 rooms. As parents, we had a room at the top which had a large landing and could use the roof terrace. Our daughter had a room downstairs, which was a bit smaller but big enough. What we noticed was that the cleaning needs a little more attention to give your customers a positive feeling. We had a good time there

Enjoy your stay in jerogadung. Swimming pool not very clean but otherwise nice place and well located. The owners are friendly and can organize outings.

The accommodation is close to the center of Ubud and everything is easily accessible by scooter. The entire facility is in urgent need of renovation.The rooms are equipped with inefficient air conditioning, which makes the room, bedding and mattress damp and smelly. Most of the equipment is damaged, no longer works and should be replaced.The bathroom smells really bad of feces, the drain in the shower and sink drain very poorly or not at all.The outside area of the room has a small stove, which is dirty and not suitable for cooking.The pool doesn't look like the pictures, is very chlorinated and dirty (our bath towels were yellow and smelled very unpleasant). The loungers at the pool are no longer robust, but wobble, have mold and are also rather expansive.The two young men who were there were very friendly.The price-performance ratio is not right here at all, the pictures online were probably taken when it opened and were never updated again - like the entire hotel.There are much better offers in the area for this price. We originally booked three nights and only stayed one as we felt very uncomfortable.

Me and mum totally loved our stay at Jerogadung, the staff were so welcoming and friendly, the owner a very good man, they quickly rushed to help us with anything we needed and made us feel like we’re home. The rooms were cleaned everyday and the pool and outdoor area was always clean and tidy. This place is also located within walking distance from the shops making it great location. We met so many lovely people who were staying long term and we made friends with them. Overall this place was very good value for money.

Truly beautiful experience. In the heart of Ubud center but away from the noise. The staff were really kind and always with a smile. It was one of the nicest places I've stayed. Thanks for everything.

Our stay was lovely! About a ten minute walk from the main Ubud strip, the room was cozy but clean - lovely pool and staff very friendly. Due to being in the forest you do not get much sun and beware of the bugs! Also water cooler to fill up own bottles and fridge you can use!

I wish I had taken photos to share, but I was so taken back by the lies from the reviews and photos! First of all you’re walking in through a dark ally to get to the hotel, then the smell in the room was horrible, the toilet doesn’t flush, the toilet is all brown and rusted inside, and just over all disgusting. I mean if you’re backpacking and just need a cheap place to sleep it could be fine, but if you’re willing to pay $30 more a night go to a better hotel… DO IT!! We left as soon as we saw the room and looked for another hotel. Luckily we found another hotel close by that was very nice, SenS hotel.If you’re on a budget and don’t mind smells and gross bathrooms then go for it. If you’re on vacation and want to enjoy yourself don’t stay here!

I really enjoyed my stay in Jerogadung House, the service is great, the room is very nice and clean, friendly caring staff the host has offer us a lovely swimming pool breakfast, the location are nice just 5 minute from ubud center.

Lovely place with amazing host close to city centre.The place is quite and peaceful even if it’s less than 5 minutes away from the Main Street. Everything you wish for after busy days in the city of Ubud. The hosts are more than friendly and heart warming. They welcomed us with tea when we arrived and cared about my friend when she became sick. The room is clean and the bed is very comfortable. In the morning you get a delicious breakfast on your terrace. We decided to stay longer and recommend it to everyone.

best place for event ( family gathering), birthday with low cost. there two big room and five small room and big pool. but there no parking area for your car, don't worry, owner will searching parking for your car.
