This accommodation was one of our favorites on our long trip. The houses are in great condition and the staff were very helpful and even brought us extra blankets as it got a little colder at night (beginning of February). We recommend renting a scooter, as the accommodation is about 5 minutes from the center, which means the complex is in a quiet location.

The room is spacious, bed is very comfortable, good water pressure and hot water availability, I did not use AC since room is quite cool, it was clean. The only problem I see is that my room was over looking to the main road so views were not great and you could hear the traffic passing by. You will need a means of transportation. But the reality is that at this price it's difficult to find better.

Very nice and clean house. There is no breakfast but if you ask, the nice Thai at the reception offers breakfast for 200 Bhat on the house terrace. That was very delicious

Loved staying here! Was only a 10 min drive to the main walking street but far enough away for it to be super peaceful. We really enjoyed staying here, the lady on reception was super nice and smiley ☺️ thank you!! Such a good price for how beautiful the place is.

Check in, i mean i tried, ghost town, for one hour i tried email , called 2 numbers that got disconnected, messaged property on Agoda . Had to go to another hotel. DO NOT BOOK. There was no staff and i didn’t see one guest .

Nice view, of course! A village-like area, about 1.7KM from walking street. You can get a king sized bed, a kitchen with a medium size refrigerator, stove, electric kettle, a hairdryer, and a good Airconditioner(A/C).||I did not like the water pressure over there, but that's a minor thing for me.

A great place to stay in Pai. 7 minutes to Pai center by motorcycle. If you do not have a car, it may be difficult to stay here. I will stay here again next time

Beautifully peaceful place for a great price. As a travelling couple, we put our accommodation budget together to be able to stay places like this. Amazing space with lush surroundings.The cookers don’t work in the house unfortunately but it’s still great in there.Sharp hill to climb up but well worth it! Great laundry service too:)

merit...It's a private house...it's nice and quiet...Relatively spacious room...clothes drying rack...There is a kitchen...The price is perfect..disadvantage....It's a pretty well-built facility...Management is a bit disappointing.No washing machine.. Weak water pressure in hot shower..Poor cleaning condition..Parking lot is ambiguous..Is it enough to set up one car? The staff tells me to set up two.

The big tree swing, one of the symbols of pai, is a must-visit. The scenery is so beautiful.
