Personally, I think the room is too small to breathe. There is no refrigerator, no table to eat or no food.

I did not have a booking, arriving by motorbike early evening. The man on the front desk was surly and far from forthcoming about the rooms. I took a room downstairs, which has a nice outlook onto the river, and paid. Once I was in the room and unpacking, he arrived and told me I had to move to the next door room. No apology, just a huge urgency to do it right now. I moved and he disappeared upstairs then I discover the shower is not hot, so I go upstairs to ask him for help. He comes down and shows me the switch on the wall outside the bathroom that has to be in the up/on position. Not obvious at all. He really did not care at all. He also did not warn me that the room would be noisy. Guests were staying in the 3 rooms above me and I could hear everything. That was acceptable at 9pm, but it began again shortly after 4am! Banging and crashing. I had no idea what they were doing, but sleep was out of the question. The hotel is clearly struggling to attract guests and it is a quiet time of year. There is no breakfast available, though the man made a big fuss about a loaf of bread he had at reception and that was available to toast (no toppings). In the morning, one of the housekeeping staff (I did not know she was staff at that point) was begging for money off me. She even put her hand on my trouser pocket, as if to say, there's money in there.The whole experience was unsavoury and I warn any western tourists against staying here. I have been staying in hotels around SE Asia for the last 2 months, finding hotel staff to be agreeable and helpful - this experience stands out as being at the other end of the spectrum. There are plenty of other hotels in Mae Sariang. Give this one a wide berth.

Very cool hotel, room with a large balcony overlooking the river, forest and mountains. There are also 2 comfortable chairs. You can hang out on this balcony all day, especially if there is good ganjibas)The entire room is made of wood, with different light sources.

The room is good. A small wooden house, simple but very clean. The floor is polished until it's shiny and slippery. The bedroom can fit two people. But the owner is kind. Add an extra bed. Warm, comfortable sleep, good view. In the morning, the atmosphere along the river is very refreshing, cool breeze, little fog. There are restaurants nearby. Walking to find something to eat is very convenient. Parking is a bit tight. Lovely, friendly staffThere is no breakfast provided, but there is tea, coffee, ovaltine, and bread to snack on before leaving.

Beautiful view, clean accommodation, but the smell of the air freshener in the room was a little musty.There is a bed on the balcony to lie on and admire the river view.

We stayed at 'River Bank Guest House' that located right by Yuam River, near the morning market. The place was clean and comfy, decorated with Thai-Lanna styleMost of the building made from wood, so if you stayed on the first floor, you might hear some wood noise if someone was walking on the second floor. I'm a deep sleeper, so it's not much bother me

Accommodation near the waterfront, good atmosphere, has wifi, convenient transportation, close to many restaurants. The room has 2 floors of wooden floors. no breakfast From the surface it looks good. But if you look closely, there's a lot of dust. Bathroom equipment is a bit old. When walking in the upstairs room, you could hear the creaking of the wood all the time. The room is not sound proof. When the room next door talks to each other, it can be heard quite clearly. And there were other customers sitting and drinking and talking loudly on the balcony and heard them coming to the room (almost 1 a.m.). In my opinion, it was not worth the money spent.**Recommended to go to a hotel next door with a similar name. Much better than this

Gave full five stars because The bed is nice and soft :) Overall, the room is better than the rental price. There is a slightly unruly TV signal, but it's not broken because it uses more Wi-Fi signal.

Stay 11.1.2023 The room is quiet and nice. Heard the sound of the Yuam River flowing past in the morning of 12.1.2023. We must hurry to continue our journey. make you forget something I realized that it was almost evening. Call and go to your accommodation to have your things collected. and send it back They provided very good service and sent the items back to me. Thank you very much.

The room is very small and clean at first glance. At night you can feel the animals in the bed (probably bugs)! In any case, in the morning we were covered in insect bites!
