Beautiful and huge hotel, clean rooms, very comfortable beds, amazing view. Great pool, try to take the excellent breakfast. There are shuttles to the city center and back several times a day. The staff is charming, helpful in everything, kind, pleasant and attentive. It was a perfect experience (we are a family with 4 children). An excellent place to rest, enjoy and also go out to explore places around.

Puripai is an amazing resort located in a magical place with spectacular view of nature.We live close by and came to visit the beautiful pool, ate nice lunch and enjoyed great service and big smiles by the staff.The villas are modern and beautiful. Recomended to visit!

This place is terrible. Upon arriving I was not greeted. The staff have zero customer service. I walked to my villa with all my things and then went and got a coffee at the cafe which was so hot it’s not possible to drink and burnt my mouth. Then I went and got a massage for 1 hour where the masseuse took a phone call for 5 minutes mid massage. My Villa had no toothbrush and I requested one but it never arrived. Went back to my room to settle in for the night and there was gecko in my bed. I ordered some pasta and it made sick. I spent half the night vomiting in the bathroom. Day 2 I was due to change rooms. Again no help from any of the staff. They seem more interested in talking amongst themselves at the lobby than providing any customer service. The breakfast was full or fruit flies and bland with very little options apart from cereal, toast and a few pieces of fruit. After my experience I decided I wouldn’t stay another night. I asked to speak with the manager who refused on two occasions to come out and speak with me despite her sitting less than two meters away. Her response was well did you go to the hospital?I asked for a refund of the second night but they wouldn’t so I left anyway.Do not stay here! It’s far from luxury.

Great potential but so much is missing! The view is magnificent from the rooms, the complex is pleasant, the breakfast is good, the service is very friendly (special mention for the bartender who is adorable!). The bedding is very comfortable. We really appreciated the free upgrade.But so many things are wrong! The pool is green and cloudy, tadpoles are swimming in it. The curtain and the bath towels have holes in them, ants are coming out of the sink, the wood is aged and needs to be refreshed and the shower water jet is very messy, not to mention the water which is either very cold or very hot. Housekeeping is superficial and deserves a little more rigor.In short, a pleasant hotel and staff, and a lot of potential. It needs a big refresh and this hotel could be perfect!

hotel looks better on photos than in real life. yes view is great but overall hotel is old and looks a bit abandoned. pool is sad, restaurant is dead. rooms are old and not comfortable. a way too overpriced for this quality

We arrived at the hotel in low season. Of course it was a bit rainy and the hotel was almost empty. The most significant thing for which it is worth coming is the amazing view that can be seen from all sides. The entire room overlooks a green landscape and a huge and well-kept garden.The hotel is not the most indulgent in terms of the breakfast, which was quite limited, you have to choose a dish from the menu, and the buffet is poor and not tempting. The pool is really small, certainly in relation to the vast area of the hotel. At night it is very quiet and dark and there is nowhere to go because the hotel is really far away. (If you're stuck without snacks, that's a problem!) In short, the place is suitable for those who want to quietly isolate themselves in front of the view without special attractions.

We had an awful experience with agoda as they didn’t confirm the hotel about the reservation. The hotel handled the situation very well and provided us with many refreshments and free upgrade even though it was not their fault. Thank you so much for kind and helpful receptionists at the front desk.

Where do I start? Positive it is that it’s a beautiful location and view. And when strimmers and ground works are off it’s idyllic. On arrival in car park member of staff(which we discovered later) walked straight past us, no greeting or can we help? Checked in with my Thai wife and went for lunch in the restaurant, staff couldn’t be bothered really. Ordered our food and waited, we then had to sit there listening to staff at high volume complaining about their jobs(according to my wife). We got our food served by a happy smiling face NOT! No customer service checking whether food ok or not or drink replenishment required, I had to go to desk twice and ask. I thought I would have a beer, big mistake 120 baht for small bottle. When you consider a large bottle at 120baht is almost 100% profit this is ridiculous. Then to the room, well obviously designed by someone no hotel design experience?? We booked a high spec room with Mountain View, don’t get me wrong it is a stunning view. Now I am no prude but a glass toilet door with no screen, and with a 3 foot gap at the top entering into the bedroom? Now most people are acquainted when they share this type of room, but there are sights, sounds and smells we don’t relish with each other. Let’s get really trivial, no hand towels and no hooks in shower room( outside room obviously) . I could go on and on. But basically the customer service is appalling and the facilities are not worth full price. If the owners/ managers wish to speak to me please feel free, I can expand. This was a wedding anniversary trip for my wife which turned into a great disappointment. Oh and by the way the bed is so comfortable.

It is a place with rooms of various price ranges, from private houses to motel-style rooms. Because it is located in a quiet corner, you may wonder why you would come here if you don't have a car or bike, but this can be either an advantage or a disadvantage.At night, you can't really see anything except the lights turned on in the accommodation. They say there is a swimming pool, but I couldn't see it.I paid about 60,000 won for the room, but it was just a decent room and the wifi signal was terrible. Since the signal is anyway, it may vary depending on the room, but the wifi was rubbish, perhaps because the room was quite far from the reception.I didn't come here to watch TV, but the fact that there aren't any channels on is a bit... I'm forced to do a digital detox haha.
