We stayed here for 4 nights and the place was incredible, we felt like home. There was a kitchen with all utensils, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, and stove. We were able to cook food for some meals.The houses were located on a hill where you can see the sea view from your balcony, the road was a bit steep for us to walk up or drive a scooter especially when it was raining.It’s only a few minutes walk to the beach (you can walk through the resorts and restaurants).

Great rooms with everything you can think of!Great balcony, new designing, smart tv with netflix&youtube, great kitchen with all you need, big fridge, good shower with hot water! Great staff, great location10/10.Note: There is some construction going on nearby, but its now a deal breaker at all, and also they bring you earplugs.

I really appreciated the kindness of the staff and the owners, the place was very clean and the houses had everything you needed. I really loved my stay at BaoVillage, I have never found such a nice and clean place in Koh Phangan until now. The structure is new.

We booked via AirBNB and surprised how practical of this room is, with all clean room with a real kitchen full of equipment for you to cook! Highly recommended and it is also good price. Only the sounds of car and motorcycle annoying when they have to press the engine to the mountain. Oh and this place close to the party bar called Apple bar. If you like party you will like it but if not the sounds from the party can ruin your night

not arrive cheating!!! We booked the place based on recommendations in Booking. The location is terrible up the hill so even with a moped it is almost impossible to get there except by taxi. After booking, we found out that there is no bathing beach near the place. And the most impudence is only after the order they inform that there is construction near them, it is a construction site right in front of your face, and they also informed us after the order that they clean once a week, there is no reception at the place, a key is waiting for you in the box. In short, only after the reservation did we find out the whole truth about the place. The place didn't want to give us the money back and said it was our problem even though we explained the whole truth about the cleanliness, the construction site, that there is no bathing beach and that the place is really far from the center, they didn't agree. Not recommend at all. For the price we paid, we found a great hotel in the center of Seritano for the same price. Called the Beach Hotel in front of Karma Cafe. Happily, this incident did not affect our trip at all. In the end they returned 10% so that I wouldn't be able to post a comment on the booking. Beyond that, Copenhagen is amazing and the people are amazing.

Great place to stay and even better communication with the owners who do a great job.We are absolutely thrilled and very grateful.The accommodation was absolutely great and, together with the equipped kitchen, absolutely perfect.If you are going to Koh Phangan, be sure to book this accommodation.And as a bonus, this accommodation is close to many cafes and restaurants.

Awesome place! A very comfortable bed, quiet air conditioning, smart TV with Netflix, and thousands of other little things that make your stay as comfortable as possible! We especially appreciated the board games - chess and Jenga, which we played in the evenings. We will definitely come back here again!

Rip off! I couldn't travel due to a bad accident. 2 bungalows were booked. My friends only moved into one of the two bungalows. The other one was free and was rented out to other guests for 4 nights. The owner “Alex” rented out the bungalow for the same price he charged us. So he charged twice for the days, but only reimbursed us for 1 night. Very unfair! I wouldn't book again.

The owner cheated us: He rented the accommodation twice and collected money. The accommodation was overpriced from the start.The bungalow also had a musty smell. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Love! Love! Love! We stayed here for 8 days. The location is perfect, it's clean, the owners respond to messages quickly and efficiently. We stayed in no7. Perfect sunset views and only a 5 minute walk to the beach and bars and restaurants.

Wonderful houses next to one of the best beaches of Koh Phangan. The houses are located in a quiet location not high on the mountain and less than 5 minutes walk to the beach, cafe, 7/11. The houses themselves are wonderful, clean, new, everything has been thought out, especially the mesh on the windows and doors, for this special respect to the owner of the houses!
