I had a wonderful stay here. As a solo female traveler, I felt extremely safe and well looked after. The hosts were both incredibly kind and helpful and gave excellent advice on where to go and what to do! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We had a great time here! Room was clean and comfortable with lots of room. Location was amazing - 5 mins walk to old town, really nice restaurants and market/food court. The owners were beyond helpful and made our stay memorable. Definitely recommend to anyone wishing to see Phuket old town !!

My judgment is negative. The agency plays a mere role of mediation between clients and tour operators, which are very numerous and offer packages that are completely similar to each other, both in terms of prices and organization - It will be clear to you, for example, if you go on a day trip from Phuket to Phi Phi Island, you will be surrounded by dozens of boats from other tour operators that move essentially in unison - Unfortunately, this agency was recommended to us by friends for a last-minute activity, the evening before for the next morning, a visit to the elephant park. We contacted them in the evening on their mobile phone, it was all complicated, their QR code was not working, they seemed quite disorganized but the Agency lady went the whole nine yard to close the deal and in the end we managed to pay through a hotel employee. Unfortunately, during the night, my daughter and I fell ill, and it was impossible for us to participate in the tour the next day. The elephant guys were OKEY TO REFUND US for the two unused tickets (they hadn't even received them yet because the payment was made the night before), but the mediation agency literally DISAPPEARED. The initial effort to get paid in any way possible turned into complete silence.We would have appreciated a commercial gesture (a voucher? Partial refund?), especially since we hadn't even signed any contract due to the general disorganization. Therefore, considering that there are hundreds of agencies out there that do the same job, I would not turn to this type of mediator, especially not to this one.

The manager of the place is a charming woman and always ready to help. Gives lots and lots of tips that help the trip and save money.We didn't sleep at her place, but we ordered a lot of things through her as a travel agent.Her English is excellent.Highly recommend.

I dropped in for some information at "In Phuket House", in Phuket Old Town, and was very pleased with the professional, friendly and helpful response. I received so much information about Phuket and the surrounding areas. I only needed a ferry ticket, which I got with ease, but should I need more I know where to go. In and her brother are very friendly and, above all, honest people. We came across the shop by chance while taking a walk. We just wanted to book a crossing to Samui, but then decided on a day trip. Since we were in a hotel where we weren't happy, In helped us to change hotels, all the prices she gave us couldn't be beaten, she's not intrusive at all and doesn't try to sell anyone anything don't want to. We got a lot of good and helpful tips and information from her, and not just about Phuket. She is really very warm and speaks good English. I can only recommend everyone to visit her. In my opinion it is the first address for excursions and questions.Thank you very much In!

Very disappointed with customer service - I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Upon check-in we realized the location and space were not a good fit. We expressed this to the owner and she told us it was no problem to check-out the next morning. After check-out was complete, she told us were would not get any refund for the 5 nights we pre-paid because they have a strict cancellation policy. **I understand the need for policy, but we found her style deceptive and that most hotels even which this sort of policy would have penalized us for a night but not an entire stay.
