The standard numbers depend on the number of floors and side, but you can choose what is convenient for you. The best Staffs here, he himself almost married a senior manager, fortunately she turned out to be a reasonable woman. 100 years of happy life to her! 🙏 There are more and more Russians in the building, because it’s cheap, clean, fresh.

A wonderful hotel, friendly and understanding staff, a beautiful view from the window and a loggia (if you’re lucky), on the ground floor there is a courtyard, as per European standards. It feels not like a hotel, but a hostel, where everyone is happy to see each other :)Free parking.The only downside is the lack of hot water in the tap, hot water only comes from the shower. There is also no kitchen, only a refrigerator, hence the favorable price.There is air conditioning and a TV, what else do you need?

I stayed for 600 baht, single bed, room number 215.-Parking is adequate and convenient.-New, cool air conditioner-Water heater is available and works well.- Refrigerator has-Thick blanket -Pillow -Okay bed-not hard-Adequate plug connection points -Hair dryer: none -Kettle: none- There is no musty smell in the room. There is no musty smell in the bathroom.-No outside noise- Wardrobe has clothes hangers.-Bathroom separated into wet/dry zones-Liquid soap, shampoo available-Balcony has-Cleanliness out of 10, give 8-There are no insect infestations.- Location is easy to find.- Coffee is served in the morning.-No breakfast*Tips: No, this is a room with regular guests.

Very clean. The room is spacious. The bedding is clean. There is no smell of cigarette smoke. The mirrors in the room have many large ones. The bathroom is very wide and has a large, convenient work table. The staff are friendly. There is parking, but there are no bright lights. The parking lot under the building is cramped.

If like us we chose this particular place as it was reasonably priced and as we thought would be quiet. |However, the house opposite saw fit to leave their 3 dogs outside to bark all night. We may as well have stayed in party town and at least enjoyed ourselves with just as much noise

PK Residence is nice, reasonably clean, and a great price. We paid only 650b per night.|What you might save on staying here, you'll spend on taxis to get around though. There doesn't seem to be any metered taxis anywhere on the island, except for the airport. If you're not good at haggling, you'll be paying 300b to get anywhere.|
