This is my 3rd time staying at this accommodation. Convenient and comfortable. The reception staff are all lovely, 24 hour service, very friendly to talk to and take care of. The room is clean and there is a maid who comes in to clean every day. Located in the heart of the city, very suitable to stay for sightseeing in the old city, not far from this accommodation. There is enough parking. Which is great because some accommodations in Phuket don't have parking. There is a coin-operated washing machine available. There is a corner selling snacks and water at all times. There is free tea and coffee available at the front. There is a microwave available at the front. Overall, I think it's very good. If I come, I'll stay again. Good price, not too expensive.

The rooms are clean and neat.But the service is not very good. Arrived before noon but got a room at 2:00 p.m. even though it was reserved in advance. The housekeeper is not interested in serving customers. If you ask me anything, I will answer every word. This is from personal experience. Other people have gone to rest and how are they? Please tell me about it.

Perfect for the price. It was nicer than we expected for such a cheap price. I found the 1 star reviews funny. Literally saying it's clean and fine but it's missing this, that and the other... Yea, it's a cheap 3 star hotel, you use it to crash for the night.Someone saying it ruined their holiday 😂Anyway.. cheap, clean, friendly.

We were here last year. The reecptionists are friendly and supportive, they tried to help as as much as they can. I think the room is okay for the price. I love it because it is in a quiet neighborhood, you can totally have a nice sleep after a day discovering Phuket. There is a local market nearby that sells a lot of good local food with reasonable price!!!

Pro:The location is good. Not far from Old Town area.They also have some products for sale at the reception, if you don't want to go to a supermarket.For a long stay, you also have washing machines at a grate price.The room services was nice, they bring water and toilet paper every day.The lady from reception also help me with printing of the paperwork for my next departure.Cons:Even though I used my credit card when booking and before arriving I specified that I want to pay by card, at check-in they asked me to pay cash or if I choose the card option, I will pay more than what is written on the booking.I've arrived very late, so i can not check the room very well. next they i've discovered that `the bed was full of long hair, and the bed and pillows were stained with blood. I`ve ask the ladies from cleaning to take care of this problem, and they changed everything.After that, all was good. The linen and towels were changed as many times as we asked and they were always white, like they ware new.

It's a cancellation or a cell phone signal ringing that says they've called, not leaving the customer alone. This time, Phuket is looking for a place to stay at 8:40 p.m. Where are we staying at this time? I haven't seen the room yet. I only saw the management of the employees. It's not okay.
