... I can only agree with Wimon.Exceptional stay with attentive and helpful hosts! We are happy that we spent our vacation in this house, we quickly felt at home and explored Old Phuket on foot and the island on e-bikes. Wonderful!

Come visit Phuket Old Town. I recommend staying here.Khunya is very hospitable. Be friendly with guests and recommend places to eat delicious food.The room is large and spacious with a seating area, bedroom area, and bathroom area separated into sections. Clean and comfortable The special thing is that it is a building. Old, original condition, more than 145 years old, which is very rarely seen in Phuket town. The location is very good because it is in the heart of Phuket's old city and can easily walk to various important points. And another thing that was very impressive was Thai tea, milk tea, lemon tea, cakes and various desserts, very, very delicious.

I had no idea that in Phuket, where people come for the seaside experience and stay in huge modern hotels, you could feel part of ancient legends. Stunning interiors that the owners have saved and restored. Incredible details with care, wooden shutters as if you were in the film Indochina with Catherine Deneuve. The best location imaginable and you look out of your balcony in the morning and go first for the famous Michelin guide pancakes and then to one of the coffee shops.It's an indescribable experience, probably one of the best experiences of my life among many other trips. I fell in love with Phuket precisely because of Apartment 97.

The rooms are clean, beautifully decorated, and most importantly, they are close to tourist attractions where you can easily walk and take photos. Going to stay as a family is very good. The owner is lovely and takes good care of him. If there is a chance to travel to Phuket again. Will definitely go back to use the service.

Came to stay at 97Yaowarat, very impressed from the convenient, fast and friendly booking. Flexible check-in and key return times The rooms are a beautiful house with old architecture but new and modern facilities. The rooms are clean and spacious, with the entire first floor being a kitchen and dining room. and the second floor are bedrooms and living rooms. Located in a very good location. During the day, we walked in the old city. Eat at a delicious local restaurant nearby. At night, you can walk to a nearby bar, no need to drive. If you stay in Phuket Town, you will stay here again. And will continue to recommend to friends.

Chilling, chilling. No matter how many times I stay, I won't get bored. Beautiful room. People who want a city view are great. There is soft music playing at night. It's really soothing and kind😍Good from the place, the bedding, and getting out of the bed is a soft carpet that's comfortable for your feet. Their stuff is good all the way down to the fragrant skin cream. 💋If you meet like this, anyone who doesn't love you is crazy.😚Pay attention to every detail...all in all, it's really good...give it 10 thumbs up.

The host welcomes you very warmly. I'm very impressed. The way we went there were 2 adults and 2 children. The host prepared toys and snacks for the children as well. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable, and come down from the rooms. Went for a walk in the old town area, very convenient. I recommend it. Definitely go back to stay again.

Just went to stay with my girlfriend this past long holiday. I'm very impressed. Miss Ya, the owner, is very cute. Welcoming well, called to make sure we weren't lost. When we arrived, we were shown the room. Very good recommendation. The room is very beautiful, the design is beautiful, chic, like it was designed by an architect. The room is big, wide, clean, in the middle of Phuket old town, can walk everywhere. (You can walk to all the famous shops in just a few minutes. There are surf and turf bars, chill bars, comfortable walks.) The owner has written a manual for you. What restaurants and dessert shops do you recommend? The items used in the room are complete and good. The refrigerator is full of drinks, snacks, coffee, everything. You can tell that the owner really pays attention to every detail.When checking out, there was someone to help find a car to take us to the airport.Very impressed. Next time go to Phuket. Or next time, I'll probably have to stay here again. It's very convenient and comfortable. Thank you very much. I really like it. Even when I post a picture, people ask where it is.I stayed at 97 yaowarat this past long weekend with my partner and it was an incredible experience. The architecture was amazing, clean, amenities were perfect and is closely located to all the famous restaurants and bars (all within minutes of walking). The owners were extremely kind and gave us manuals of where to eat and even helped us organize transportation to the airport. Highly recommended, I don't think I could go back to phuket without staying here again. Thank you for such an amazing experience. I loved it!

I was very impressed with the accommodation and the cuteness of Khun Ya (the owner). It was much better than I thought. The room was clean, beautifully decorated, very cozy, had everything that should be included, and the price was also very cute. Pay this price but get accommodation in the entire building. If you think it's more expensive than this, you won't get it at all. The location is also very good because you can walk around the old town easily. If I have the opportunity to travel to Phuket again, I will definitely return to use the service again.

I've been to Baan 97 many times. Last time we went to stay on 30 Jan-03 Feb '22.Impressed every time When entering the house, it feels warm, like our own house is very clean. The decorations are very beautiful in each area. Especially the living room is perfect for drinking coffee. We couldn't help but take photos from each angle. The outside is beautiful, it is an old building and it is an area that preserves old buildings. We like to walk around looking at old buildings and find food to eat all day because 97 is in the heart of the city, so it's convenient to walk around all day.Most importantly, I'm really impressed by the fact that the owner of the house is a lovely person who takes good care of him 💝And we will visit again, Khun Jock and Khun Ya👍👍

Together with my husband we joined a Batik class here.This was MORE then fun! Even when you are inexperienced with crafts and other creative activities, this activity invites you to step up and learn the basics of real traditional Batik. With Khun Nanthiya as your host and teacher you are in safe hands: she explained everything step by step in English, provided us with drinks and a tasty snack.If you are in Phuket, stop by and book this experience. You won’t regret!

This place is amazing! We parked just outside by chance, and Khun Jok (owner) engaged with us in a conversation. Before we knew it, we were visiting this beautiful, neat, inspiring architect house! You can rent it for 2 adults and 2 kids (up to 3 if they are young)Now, if there’s only 2 things to remember, I would highlight these:- Khun Jok is a genuinely super nice person- Amazing look and feel of the house and interiorAnd it’s right at the heart of Old Phuket Town! Give it a go! 🤙🏻
