Stylish design hotel! We have SUMMER room and it was very comfortable. Also location is more than perfect and mint coffee+carrot cake on hotel’s lobby was magical combination! Only sad situation we have there with scooter parking, didn’t understand that it is not correct to park beside hotel on main street and get voucher from policeman 😛

It was a happy stay. Everything was available in the residence. He paid attention to the smallest details. I stayed in the spring room with a balcony. There is a kitchen and a living room. The bedroom was very comfortable. We were afraid of the noise since the residence is in the middle of the old town, but literally it was quiet and we did not hear any noise from the insulation. Excellent, and the nicest thing is that we got free coffee from the coffee shop below the residence. He placed cards for us in the residence. Thank you to the owner of this residence for this experience. Thank you for being interested in us getting the best quality and best service. I will definitely recommend this residence to all my friends and I will try again 🥹♥️

We just walked by and the great coffee and cake smell pushed us to go inside. Lovely style from the inside and the coffee and cakes been great. About the rooms we cannot say anything as we haven’t been inside.

On Sundays, the cafe closes late, aligning with the Walking Street hours.Reservations can be made through Baan 125's Facebook page. The staff are quick and friendly when answering questions.Upon arrival, you can inform the staff, and an employee will direct you to pick up the pre-prepared key on the second floor. After that, you are free to enjoy your travels.For those arriving by car or renting a campervan, House 125 does not provide parking. However, you can park at the temple. It's not far from the hotel.Thus, for tourists eager to experience the Sino-Portuguese architecture and charm, I highly recommend House 125.For tourists who want private accommodations Located in the heart of Phuket city, I recommend this house, 125. Below it will be arranged as a cafe. Open from late morning to late evening. On Sundays, the cafe closes late at Walking Street according to walking street time.Accommodation reservations can be made through Baan 125's Facebook page. The staff provide quick service and are very friendly in answering questions.When we arrive, we can notify the staff. The employee told me to pick up the key that had already been prepared on the second floor. After that, we can enjoy traveling.For those arriving by car or renting a motorhome, 125 does not provide parking. But you can park at the temple shop that is not too far from the 125 house.Therefore, for tourists who want to soak up the Sino-Portuguese atmosphere. The traditional model recommends a house of 125.

My family and I stayed there for our vacation from February 24th to 26th, 2024. We stayed in the Summer room, Spring room, and Winter room. Each room was uniquely decorated and very nice. All the rooms were very clean and comfortable. On the first floor is the coffee shop, which the hotel provides one drink per person for the stay. The location is superb and very convenient. It is located in the center of old town Phuket, which makes it very easy to walk around and enjoy the night market. I really enjoyed my time at this hotel. I highly recommend it for families or couples.

Good value for money, excellent location, however staff reception was lukewarm. Take note the only access to the rooms are via a narrow staircase. Good luck to you if you have heavy luggages to carry. Also, pls keep ALL food in the fridge provided, i woke up in the morning to have half a chewed bread on the floor, presumably by a rat/mouse. 😣

We stayed here for two nights. We had the Autumn room, i.e. the room with a balcony/roof terrace. Check-in is contactless and uncomplicated. However, there is no elevator, so you may have to carry suitcases upstairs. The room was very spacious and clean. The furnishings are very stylish. There is also a small kitchenette. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is located right in the center of Phuket, so supermarkets, restaurants and laundry facilities are within walking distance. There is a coffee shop downstairs in the hotel. The coffee and cake were very good. We even received a voucher from the hotel for a coffee of our choice. Overall a great hotel with great value for money. If we come to Phuket again, we would love to stay here again.

Wonderful stay if that boutique hotel.The apartment is so elegant, practical...The café downstairs is excellent and a opportunity to have a really nice and tasty breakfast.It is well located too : in the city center (but still very quiet) with shops, restaurants and beautiful old houses everywhere.

Lovely shop housewith only 4 rooms on the main market Street. I stayed in winter, and the room was beautifully decorated with black rattan furniture to match the old shop house charm. I loved my stay here. The room was split over 2 levels with all amenities and a comfortable bed with a balcony. I loved the room, which was light and airy. The coffee shop was a delight downstairs, and the staff were very welcoming. The winter room was on the 3rd floor, which is something to bear in mind. All the rooms are only accessed via the stairs. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Phuket Town.
