I stayed here few times but this round , the staffs is excellent and I am amazed , I end up staying here for few days where initially I just book for a day , location not bad , 200m away from free public transport and another great stuffs is the staffs do replied all my mail , I am very grateful to be here

The hotel is perfect, everything works as expected.You are a few metres from the mall, old town, the night market and the bus station.The free bus starts just down the road so it's easy to get it from there.The edge around the bed is a bit awkward if you're older 😂 and the water is not very hot in the showerThe staff are the friendliest with a sincere happy greeting each time.Cleaning is daily if required.Our goto spot in Phuket Town.

It’s quite hard to rate this hotel so I’ll start with the good part.The staff and service is excellent. They will do wonders and go over and beyond to make your stay memorable and peaceful. We received help support and recommendations, the lady was always smiling and even waived us goodbye when we were driving off. Very wholesome and kind.Now to the rooms.. they leave a lot to be desired. Firstly, we were checked in a room with no hot water, ants and black stains on our towels. We’ve been upgraded to a deluxe room after telling the reception about our issues. We didn’t want to make a fuss, the deluxe room was a bit better, more spacious and tidier, but there were still appearance of ants. The water pressure was terrible.Back to the good, the AC worked pretty well and the room service was everyday.Let me put it this way, if you’re here for a short time it’s a great budget option. If you’re here for more than 2 days, maybe consider something else.

The staff here are really friendly. He always talks to me with a smile and wants to help even if I don't need help. Thanks to them, I have good memories of Phuket. However, the building is old and old. The room was kept fairly clean, but as soon as I entered, there were cockroaches, and the mattress was old, which made my back hurt. I kind of understood it because I chose it because there weren't many options for a 4-person room. It was a good location when going on a Phi Phi Island tour or going to the Sunday market.

My wife booked this hotel for our trip in Phuket (Sandbox program). Starting from welcome to the whole stay, the service has been very good. The staff is so nice and helpful, it really makes your stay comfortable. Plus this hotel is at walking distance to Old Phuket Town. We will probably stay at this hotel during our next trip in Phuket. Recommended.Update on April 11th 2024: third time staying at Lamoon Resotel, nothing changed, still the same quality of hospitality, very happy to come back here.

Well... if you are here just to spend the night, then in general it’s ok..+1. We booked literally 2 days before check-in. it was the only decent-looking hotel that had room left2. Really good location in the old town, and we liked the view3. The staff is good! And they take away the good one-1. Beetles. It's just these bugs, they're everywhere. Some small ones with horns. When we first moved in, they were under the blanket tucked in on the bed. Then they just climbed. They get into the kettle, into the plates in the dining room. There were also cobwebs with spiders in the room (I’m okay with this, but not okay with beetles)2. In general, the room is kind of sloppy. Smudges on the walls, dirty under the bed, dirty window frame, no feeling of cleanliness...3. There is no mosquito net on the balcony door. And our mosquito repellent from 7/11 simply couldn’t fit into the outlet correctly.4. I won’t say that the price is favorable..+/-1. I personally don’t like buffet breakfast, but the guy liked it. Lots to choose from (although there were often no tea bags, only coffee)2. There was no safe in our room, but at the reception the safe was full3. The air conditioner blows on the bed. someone wrote that there was no wind in their room, but our air conditioner was right above the bed (I was blown)4. Cool thing for napkins in the shape of a dog’s butt
