When we went there was already flooding. The hotel is very jealous of its customers and before we went we asked if Is everything normal? The hotel has stated that normally the customer's room is not affected.When we arrived, we understood that Flooding is a natural event. But I feel very bad that the hotel is not sincere. Not informing the truth that Everything in the hotel was damaged.Let the group of us lie down and watch the black muddy water and the sound of construction workers all the time. I can't do anything.In terms of rooms, the room price is 4500.There is no hair dryer, TV, cannot connect to the internet. quite strange And each room does not have life jackets or rubber rings for safety in case of an emergency.As for the staff, the staff at the reception were quite arrogant. Unlike other employees, they ask for word answers and do not have good service. We asked about rooms, food, and trains. They told us to go, and as a result we couldn't find the restaurant. We had to ask the staff elsewhere. I feel very bad.The location here is quite good, close to the train station, so it's an advantage. It's better than other accommodations and makes for a beautiful photo spot. But if you don't want it There may be better places to take photos.Overall, the room price is not commensurate with the quality of service, making it feel like it is more expensive than what you paid.

Went during the flooding period. It's not stuck here because it's natural.The hotel did not contact us about the situation before staying because the flood waters were very high (we already knew when we got to the hotel) and we had to check in in a room where the flash flood came back through the bathroom pipe. It is another type of vacation that we choose to travel by train from Thonburi. It may take a long time to travel. But getting a breeze and enjoying the view during the trip is worth it. Get off the train in front of the resort. Walk to check in. There is a shuttle in front of the restaurant. There are food and drinks for sale on the property. You can sit for a long time in the dining room or order to eat in your room. We stayed in a raft room on the water's edge, quiet, good view, very suitable for relaxing. Beautiful view, lots of beautiful photography views. The installment train is very good. Captured a lot of beautiful pictures. The breakfast was very full. I was impressed. I want to go again. But when I got back on the train in the afternoon, it was painful, very hot 😅

May 2024Transportation: Take the train to Tham Krasae. It is recommended that you get off at the station before reaching the cave. If you go down to the cave, you have to walk about 500 meters. I don't know if you can walk under the bridge, haha. Walking on the bridge makes my legs shake.Accommodation: It is an accommodation with a very good atmosphere. We chose the package for 1600/person. The service staff is very good. Very attentive to customers In the evening there is a wet rafting activity with a guide who is a very cute uncle. If you go in a group it will be a lot of fun. We went as 2 lonely people. The accommodation has a swimming pool. Grocery stores nearby Dinner is served for 2 people, but there's a lot of food on the table. Breakfast has a lot to choose from. Finally, we ended up at the Tham Chaloi Museum, where an uncle gave a good lecture, concise, to the point, and full of knowledge, which I admire.In conclusion, it is very worth the price. Very suitable for relaxing 😍

The resort is open and under construction. I would like to provide regular maintenance of the buildings and rooms, especially the public bathrooms. Good air conditioning, very good location, comfortable sleep. Breakfast needs to be improved.
