had a great stay at 15 palms the rooms across the road are very clean and comfortable . beds are very soft and has new air cons in the rooms .. when in ko chang you spend alittle time in the rooms and this is ideal for that ... can use all the amenities of 15 palms ie the pool and chairs .....

ROOSTERS start crowing at 4:45AM, if you are lucky they might sleep in until 5AM. These roosters are like 5 meters from the front door of the rooms. You HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!! Also water pump is pretty loud and goes off and on all the time.

As part of 15 Palms resort, this is highly recommended. Quiet spacious rooms. Bathroom could be a bit cleaner, but is fine by Thai standards. Staff is super friendly and fun to deal with. The food is very tasty. I was sorry that I couldn't stay here longer and will definitely go here again.

We stayed in a room with a child. The hotel is terrible - I have never seen worse, although we live in Thailand and often travel around the islands. Price 950 bt/day, breakfast not included. There is an incredible smell of mold in the room - at night my husband and I could not sleep from it, to the point of nausea. The air conditioning is dirty - turning it on is clearly suicide. The pillows are downright damp and smell like wet rags. The bed creaks and is about to fall apart when you turn around. The plumbing is not just tired - it is literally nonexistent. There is mold in the bathroom. The toilet was dirty from stagnant water. The towels are clean, but with holes - I have never seen anything like this even in the simplest bungalows. The room as a whole is frankly dirty - there are cobwebs, dust and mold on the bedside lamps. We ran away from here after the first night, despite the incomplete refund on our reservation. The staff, by the way, are incredibly unfriendly. The girl at the reception’s face looks like she’s sick of you - initially they asked how much the room cost from the reception, we were quoted 3450 bt/night. It came out to Booking 950 - we returned with the reservation through Booking, the reaction was, to put it mildly, not very good.There is no need to spoil your mood and, most importantly, your health. Breathing mold cannot be healthy.

Hotel- cesspool. judging by the room we rented for 900 baht. towels with holes, pillows smell mildew and wet, mold in the shower, dirty air conditioning, cobwebs and dirt everywhere. I prefer to spend the night in the car.

The room was nothing fancy, but affordable. Very close to the beach, the service at the reception is fantastic, there is a pub right by the water, you can have breakfast, a meal, drink coffee while looking at the water, it's atmospheric in the evening. Rather a party area. The walls in the building are probably made of cardboard, because when you come across a rude, drunken orgy upstairs until 3 a.m., you feel as if you were there with them and participated in it... haha.

Strategic position. You cross the street and you are on the beach (with swimming pool) excellent value for money. The central street offers multiple activities. Better in low season because not too crowded with tourists

We were here during the low season. Only 600 baht per day. The room is clean, it is clear that the owners take care and try to maintain the hotel in proper condition. Cleaning every day. Water, tea, coffee, cream. There is a kettle. The towels are white and the bed linen is clean. A solid five. Many more expensive hotels on Koh Chang cannot boast of this. The sea is nearby, the pool and reception are across the road.
