**Advantages of being a homestay at Ban Khlong Mad. Single bed/double bed There is an ensuite bathroom. There is air conditioning, a large bathroom, and a common area in front of the room. There is a kitchen for cooking, a refrigerator, and a washing machine available for free. There is a breakfast of porridge, sandwiches, and kayaks for free paddling. There is a motorbike for rent for 250/day. Not far from the beach. The accommodation is near restaurants and cafes.The property offers diving and squid fishing services.**The disadvantage is that some guests smoke in common areas. Smells can enter the room. The room doesn't keep much sound. When walking, you can hear the noise of our room and the things next door. If you speak loudly, you may be heard. can disturb each other And the surrounding area has other homestays. Guests from other places may be noisy. Make resting unhappySorry, forgot to take a photo of the accommodation😅

This is also the location for klong mad good view homestay that's advertised on Agoda. The location shown on Agoda is incorrect. The hostel and the homestay are adjacent properties. The room was quite big with two large beds and two washrooms, well suited for a small family. They also have a cooking area which guests can use. They also did have a couple of kayaks which we rented free of cost. Enjoyed my stay here.

The facility is located close to the port, so it can be a good option for the first or last overnight stay.Scooter rental nearby.Breakfast was very poor and the kitchen was a bit dirty, especially the floor.If it is customary to take off shoes before entering the facility, the host should ensure that the floor is clean.Moreover, the rooms are very poorly soundproofed. This is especially troublesome when locals living in the area return to their homes on scooters at night.Generally, for this price you can find better options in the interior of the island😉

It's considered okay, almost good, but there are a lot of disadvantages. The room is not soundproof. The noise outside was loud all night. And it's a community source. Let's just say I couldn't sleep at all. Basic items were not available, such as drinking glasses and kettles. We had to borrow them and return them every day. Breakfast comes out late, 8:00 a.m. - 8:30 a.m., not very delicious, but the good thing is that it's in the community and it's convenient to find things to buy. Other than that, we say it's indifferent. If you come to Koh Kood again You may be hesitant about whether to come and stay here or not.
