Basic resort with breakfast included. The staff is really friendly. A bit far away from everything so you definitely need a motorbike to explore the island or go to restaurants.

How can you not give 5 stars?We had a wonderful stay.A warm welcome. A bungalow with an incredible sea view.The room is not luxurious, but given the price and location, no one will complain. Calm and serenity reign in this resort.Possibility of eating on site.The breakfast is very good, and the view from the restaurant is wonderful.Possibility to rent scooters at reasonable prices. Day package. Or even package for 6 hours.Don’t hesitate to ask to visit the island opposite. For 400Bath you will have a great time.Small downside: remember to warn your hosts that the return journey to the pier is chargeable, we were not warned.

Very reasonable prices. Great location located directly at the beach. The breakfast was nothing special but included in the price. The bathroom smelled (not dramatically but recognizable) and the water pressure was almost not existent. We rented a scooter (which tank was almost empty when we got it) and they wanted to charge us half a day more since we couldn’t return the scooter at approximately 10pm because there was no one at the reception anymore. We returned it in the next morning then. After discussion they did not charge us but it left a bad impression.

The place is charming, the hosts helpful and smiling. My bungalow was very basic but above all the bed was horrible. Don't take my cheaper bungalow.

The service was very friendly, the view was good. You really can't complain here, even if the food wasn't absolutely tasty, we ordered medium spicy. But because of the affordable price (Pad Thai with Seafood Baht), the restaurant is definitely worth recommending.

I love the Green View Resort. ❤️ It is quiet, relaxing and the wooden bungalows are simple, from your bed you can hear birds and the ocean and they have a big terrace and hammock. 🤩 The owner family is super nice, friendly and very helpful and welcoming. 🥰

I stay there for 6 nights. No good management and Dirty bathroom.
I book room before 1 months. After 3 nights I have to live the room. Because someone book my room too. No nothing to say sorry no even to look my at face.

Koh mak green view is a little far from everything. We didn't have much choice in the resort since everything was full. We probably had the worst bungalow with a view of nothing. It's the first one on the left when you arrive at the resort. FYI the bungalows do not have hot water which would be good to know before booking. It's not expensive but you get what you pay for. In addition there is no beach for swimming so you have to rent a scooter to get around.Besides that, the staff are really attentive and very friendly. They do everything to make the stay more pleasant. You can book boats and taxis from them and even rent the scooter. Good breakfast and excellent restaurant.

We stayed here almost 2 weeks and We loved our stay so much! First of all the staff is super nice and helpful, you can feel nice family vibe all around, you won’t feel like a tourist. Place is super peaceful and quiet. Beach is maybe not the best for swimming but it’s beautiful and relaxing view that you can admire from your hammock and for swimming you can easily go to any other beach you want on the Island in few minutes by scooter.We tried food in many places on Koh Mak and restaurant at Green View is our favourite. They have excellent Green Curry, Tom Yum, Tom Ka Kai, very good Mango Sticky Rice. Everything we tried here was actually tasty and well done.Your own Geckos in bathroom is kind of what you just get together with the room but you can get used to it. They won’t bite or attack you, they usually freeze and hide when they notice you. They’re actually kind of cute, we will miss our Gekos 😂 If you take room with AC probably you won’t have them so we reccomend to take one with fan! It’s totally enough. There is a lot of shadow on the property and was never to hot for us.Sandflys though are a bit annoying. You won’t see them but they bite so it’s better to keep your bungalow doors closed. But they’re everywhere anyway.The biggest disadvantage I would say is the bed. The mattress was a bit crumpled and not entirely comfortable to sleep.In general, we wouldn’t like to stay in any other place. We love Green View! 🙂 It’s cheap, simple, has a nice vibe. Perfect place to really chillout but probably not for someone who is looking for luxury and sterility.

The owner was nice, but often not on site and showed little commitment. However, she always responded very friendly when asked. The location is very remote and otherwise good, the food is absolutely fine. However, my bungalow was a bit disappointing, it had the worst location of the entire resort with an unsightly view, was a bit remote and not exactly clean. The floor and the shelves were dusty and sandy, I could see holes in the floor, large ants crawled over me at night, the curtains were almost immovable and the lock was difficult to close. In addition, the terrace was only half the size of all the others and therefore had no hammock or other place to lie down. If you're not as unlucky as me and prefer remote accommodation, you'll definitely find relatively cheap accommodation for yourself here.

A wonderful oasis of peace on the island of Ko Mak. Accommodation in small, modest bungalows, which, however, has everything that should be there. In front of the bungalows there are terraces with a hammock from which you can admire the sea and the neighboring island of Ko Chang. The accommodation is far from the most beautiful beaches on the island, so you probably need to rent a scooter. However, there is everything on site - a restaurant with very affordable prices and free water. We also had breakfast included in the price - 5 options to choose from, such as American breakfast, oatmeal, pancakes, or granola, plus unlimited coffee, tea and toast with jam. The service is very helpful and nice, but not intrusive. A wonderful place to relax in peace and admire nature.

I think I can consider this resort as one of the best I have been to. The service was great, they organized for us to make cratons which we then put into the water. Delicious breakfast, very good food in the restaurant at reasonable prices. They organized transport for us to the resort and the port when we returned.The girl spoke English very well, was happy to help and talked about Thai traditions.The bungalows are very basic, so if you expect luxury, this is not the place. There is no beach here either, so if this is a problem for someone, they should also take that into account. The atmosphere and very pleasant space make up for the shortcomings, and you can rent a scooter on site and get to the beach or any other place in a few minutes.I recommend it, and if I come to Koh Mak again, I will definitely stay in this resort!
