Good accommodation, quiet, suitable for relaxing, service mind is very good, all the staff are lovely, breakfast can choose to eat all day. From morning until 9 p.m. There are many delicious options to choose from. The location is good, almost half an hour from the pier. There are many restaurants in the surrounding area to choose from. Coming to stay this time, we hardly left the accommodation. There are many in house activities to do. It depends on what day. But unfortunately there is no morning yoga class. I really like the rest. Will definitely come again. 👍

A very good hotel, the service is very good, the hotel environment is quiet, and the food is very delicious. When we returned to Bangkok, we left our passports at the hotel. We didn't remember it until we arrived at the pier. After contacting the hotel, the hotel staff immediately sent the passports to the pier for us. Thank you so much.I recommend this hotel with five stars. If I come to Koh Chang again next time, I will choose this hotel again. It’s a great hotel👍🏻👍🏻

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Retreat at Koh Chang, and it was fantastic. The rooms are not only spacious but also beautifully designed, with breathtaking views that make waking up a joy. The pool area is a true highlight – the water is crystal clear, and it’s the perfect spot to unwind and soak up the sun. The staff are amazing, always friendly and going out of their way to ensure you have everything you need. The food is another plus, with a great selection that tastes as good as it looks. The location is perfect for a peaceful getaway, yet still close enough to explore local attractions. I highly recommend this place for a truly relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Hotel is 5 star and it is worth getting a pool access room.|The only let down is the restaurant… interesting concept with all day dining but the food is terrible. |We love to come to Thailand for the food and that was the main reason for visiting the hotel.

I do not know where to start.This hotel is probably the best in all of Thailand. If not one of the best in Asia! Everything is absolutely perfect.We were there in April 2024.The hotel was about six months old at this point.Accordingly, everything was as good as new.The rooms are perfect. It is cleaned twice a day!! The hotel isn't big either… I estimate around 30 rooms! So you have peace and quiet!The pool is fantastic and you don't have to fight for loungers. Almost everyone was always free.The hotel's own restaurant is open all day. You can eat there at any time. It's right in front of the water. The food is fantastic.The staff is the best I have ever experienced. Attentive and incredibly kind, no matter what your request was. Everyone always had a smile on their face!Of course there are cheaper hotels in Thailand but this stay is worth every penny!!Absolute recommendation!

I stayed here with my boyfriend in April and was amazed about the level of service and outstanding beauty of the hotel. This is an awesome resort and would definitely recommend it to anyone who visits the great island of Koh Chang. We had the pleasure to sleep in a Premier Pool Access Room and could easily jump into the pool right from our room. The room itself is very spacious, has a beautiful bathroom and lovely soft bed. Another outstanding thing about The Retreat is the breakfast. They offer an almost all day breakfast and you can choose everything you want from the menu. We did not regret anything we chose, it all tasted great. The large common pool did also not disappoint. It offers a great ocean view and has nice beds with lots of privacy around. Oh, and did I mention that everything is brand new? Well, just go!

We went to stay in early May and reserved a Duluxe Seaview room. This is the place. It is very suitable for watching the sunset. The day we went the sunset was really beautiful. The food focuses on European food. There isn't a lot of Thai food on the menu. But we ordered other than the menu and the chef made it for us. The staff here are all well-mannered and lovely. The room is super clean. I like decorating the room. And the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom is separated into a wet zone and a dry zone. There are 2 sinks. It's good that you don't have to fight with each other.😆👍Special things here We've never encountered this before, so we'll give it 5 stars.There is no limit on breakfast time. You can come down to eat at any time that day. Then you can choose to order all the normal menu items. Plus you can order as many times as you want.
