Room was super clean and new.
Only complaint. There is a cement overhang on the stairs that tried to break my shoulder. It is padded but you could angle wood to make it safe.

We spent, as I imagine almost all of us, only one night here in Trat waiting to move to Koh Kood and this hotel can be fine, it's just a shame that at least in our case in the morning, when organizing the taxi …

I stayed there three nights. The room was really clean.|I’ve read about the noise from the street in the morning, but it wasn’t that bad.|I had a peaceful stay.|This hotel is not far from the bus station and there are many food places nearby.|From this hotel, you can easily walk to Trat museum, park, market, etc.

Disgusting place.Doesn't match the photos at all.The duvet cover in the room was torn. The paper holder fell off the first time I touched it.You can hear all the cars passing.Rubbish by the window on the “balcony”.

I came to stay 3 years ago. At that time the room was good.This time I booked to stay again. Not very impressedReserved through expedia, paid successfully, when I arrived to check in I was told there was no booking number for this.In the end I had to call Expedia myself, and Expedia contacted the hotel. Let the reservation number be checked again. In summary, the reservation was successful. The hotel made a mistake.Check in. The room is on the 3rd floor, an old room, incomplete condition. But it's still open for rest. There was no prior notification at all.Problems encountered- Loose card holder Use Scotch tape to stick it on. At first, when I plugged it in, the light wouldn't turn on.- The sink faucet doesn't flow. You have to call the front to ask on your own phone. There is no telephone line in the room. In conclusion, the faucet cannot close completely. The water doesn't stop flowing. So the valve must be closed. The employee said the technician hasn't come to fix it yet...so why didn't he notify the guests first?- The dresser drawer is full of the previous person's trash. I don't know if the room was not cleaned or not.- The tissue holder in the bathroom tilts and wobbles. It's about to fall off.- Refrigerator shelf handle Open it and it comes out in your hand. It appears as a sharp nut head.- There is a loud, high-pitched sound. Coming from another room all the time, very annoying. Probably a problem with the water pump system.The employee said at first they would give me a room on the 4th floor but was afraid I wouldn't be able to walk... What is it? Why didn't you ask?In the end, I didn't change rooms, saying that on the 4th floor the sound would be louder.Should improve the quality of service and rooms.

Have stayed here 2 times already. Convenient transportation, easy parking, staff are not busy with guests. The rooms and inside the building are very clean, the beds are soft, comfortable to sleep in, the atmosphere is calm and quiet. No noise, good weather.

Nice hotel has all the amenities I need refrigerator flat screen TV that will accept a USB stick big comfortable bed nice clean linen good air conditioning. The only negative only one or two TV channels but I bring my own movies on a USB stick so that works out okay. Other than that no complaints I would stay here again no problem close to the markets and walking distance to the bus station are important also
