The bed is comfortable. There is Netflix to watch. You can swim on the beach in front of the hotel. There is also a coffee shop on the beach. The building has a very good view. But there is no direct elevator. You have to walk up some stairs. Breakfast is ok. There is a coffee maker and many other drinks. 👍 Sometimes there are elephants playing at the beach near the hotel.

The pool was really cool. You have a great view of the sea. Our rooms were cleaned every day. We had a fridge, a terrace and breakfast every morning. The phat Thai in the restaurant there was the best we've ever had.

We, a Thai German couple, stayed at the MAM kaibae Hotel for 5 days.The room was directly accessible to the pool on the 4th floor, but the best thing is to swim in the sea in the morning before sunrise.We'll come back again.Oh well, the breakfast buffet is very rich and there is something for every taste.

Hey what a great time we had at MAM! We stayed 18 days. The staff can not do enough for you and we had a lovely breakfast every morning. The location is great as you’re a little tucked away on a beautiful beach which keeps it quiet but you are only a 10 min walk into the town of Kaibae. We loved our stay at MAM so we’ll be back again. 💜💜

We really liked our stay at MAM Kaibae. The staff is very kind and pleasant, it’s well located (beachfront) and it’s a good value choice considering it also has a small swimming pool on the 4th floor with a great view. The breakfast is the best we’ve had during our stay in Thailand and it’s a quiet place that made us feel comfortable. Despite not having a laundry service, you can find plenty on the main road as well as restaurants or motorbike rentals (5 minutes walking). I don’t give it a fifth star only because the wifi is almost unusable (extremely slow) and because they could provide a couple more towels (I don’t really like to rub my face with the shower towel).

Take a walk in the morning, before the bright sun rises, along the sandy beach, have a delicious breakfast in a spotlessly clean cafe, drink a cup of aromatic coffee, swim in a clean pool overlooking the sea...An incredibly beautiful and peaceful place! Wonderful staff! Perfect cleanliness! We are delighted!😍

On the beach between this and the neighboring hotel there is a pipe with sewerage flowing into the sea. With a characteristic smell. Clearly visible at low tide. It's better not to swim here.

The gray water is piped to the beach between the hotels. It stinks like a sewer and the worst thing is the children playing in the sand in front of it!

Everything is fine for its stars. The beach is 10 meters away and this is the best beach on Koh Chang. Kai Wei.
