Wonderful hotel!!! Very attentive and friendly staff. There is a water park on site for children and adults!!! In the evening live music and fire show!!! Shops and a pharmacy are within walking distance.

A very nice resort. The spa was very good. Food and location also great. Clean tidy rooms. Good food. A very beautiful beach.

We asked if we could pay for access to the water park for our daughters 4 years birthday. Low season and the park has been looking very empty all week but still got a big NO. For guests only and we need to book a room they said. We will not book here on our next visit for sure.

I appreciate the care and attention of every employee. Husband lost his phone in the sea. (It's still in the waterproof phone bag.) I think I definitely haven't found it because I've been looking for it for a long time. So I informed the staff first. Then late at night the hotel called to inform that they had found the phone. (The security guard found him on the beach/sea) Thank you very much.I feel that every employee here is sincere. And really provide full service. The hotel is clean. The water park has both high slides and small children's playgrounds to play in. Breakfast has a lot to choose from. You can walk across/take the golf cart to use the resort side's facilities (such as the beach, children's playroom, breakfast room, etc.). Reserve 2 rooms, including grandfather, grandmother, family and 2 children. Request of Children's beds and extra beds are all available as requested. Perfect.On the first day, I went to tourist information and got there too late (the counter closes at 5 p.m.). The staff still helped me until I was able to book a diving trip. I'm very impressed. Thank you very much.

The air conditioned room is very cool. The male receptionist gives good advice. The hotel is on the mountain side but there are security guards standing by to help cross the road all the time. The water park is fun, I really like the slides with rubber rings. Definitely come back again.

#To those who smoke cigarettesWhat hotels don't allow smoking? But there was an ashtray behind the room on the day of check-out. Told our room smelled of cigarettes. If you're going to check this much Don't have an ashtray in the back of the room. Already paid for accommodation Have to pay for the smell of cigarettes in the room again. For what!!!😡😡

The staff in charge of the water park speak badly and do not take care of customers who go to play in the water park. and said to my son that he could stop playing.
