Unfortunately this place didn't rate very highly for us, the staff setting up the room were great, the receptionist was on social media and I had to wait at one point. The place itself isn't bad, but needs a bit of updating, and for the money it's ok, but there's no bar, no restaurant and nothing nearby, so unless you order food in and have your shopping done for anything else you'd be stuck. We stayed but moved South after we found something else

The condition of the hotel outside. When I saw it, I was very shocked! Why let it get old? Looks like an abandoned hotel which has closed its business, the picture seen on the internet and the real picture are very different, I feel disappointed But paid for all three days. Unable to request a refund So you have to stay for three nights. The room is quite good, maybe old, but in summary it is good. Good pool, good view.. but no bar, no food. At night it's scary, there's only 1 guard and 1 guest staying in our room. Night In the end, there was only one room for us. Improve the condition of the hotel outside a little. It will be very good..

The accommodation atmosphere is good, quiet, suitable for relaxing. There is a swimming pool in front of the room. But the room I stayed in was a bit musty, plus the wifi wasn't strong, so I would like to deduct 1 star.

The place located on the left side of the island (from the ferry spot) which considered to be quite a local side. If you preferred serenity atmosphere, recommend it here.The room is clean nice ‘house-vibe’ decorating. Make you feel like home. Unfortunately the night we spent was after a heavily rain and some room probably had some problem with electricity so we had to switch the room for 3 times cause by the AC not working well. The hotel needed big renovation still.The staff, I would love to give 10/5 star for her help. Nice and kind.

Stayed here for 3 nights and unfortunately there were quite a few more negatives than positives.-The mattress was a very hard and bumpy spring mattress.-The room was very bright all night as the curtains were thin and there were building lights outside that we could not turn off. With the mattress it meant very uncomfortable and restless nights sleep.-While the shower was spacious and powerful the water would drain too slowly so if you were in there for more than 3 or 4 minutes the whole bathroom floor would get soaked as it would overflow.-On the beach side the deck is completely broken apart as can be seen in another reviewers photo.-While there is a door to the beach side you cannot walk to it without either walking past other people's porches or jumping across 2 water trenches.-The raised white sand beach area looks nice but has a serious ant problem. Every single square centimetre was covered in them. I wouldn't recommend walking across it, not to mind spending any time there.-The beach also isn't ideal for swimming as the water is only knee depth for a very very long way out.-There is no restaurant in the hotel and the nearest restaurants close very early. The latest any stay open are 8 pm with most closing earlier so make sure to eat early.On the plus side:-The staff were very friendly and helpful.-The room and inside of the building was very clean, tidy and well looked after.-So peaceful the whole time as it is on the quite less touristy side of the island.-The pool while pretty small was really great. The view was outstanding and the infinity effect if you get the angle just right looks incredible. Perfect if you want to get that Instagram picture.With some outdoor TLC, new mattress and better blinds this Na Tara would easily be 5 stars.

Good service staff, speak well Delicious coffee, delicious food Beautiful view, can see the sea very clearly. The rooms are spacious and clean (some may be old). What is not okay is the old and deserted exterior condition. I understand that there aren't many people there unless it's during the season. But I'm secretly a little spooky when I come to stay. It's different than what's on Google. But if you really want to come and relax, I recommend this place. (The room we stayed in was on the ground floor)

I recommend that anyone going to Koh Chang stay at Na Tara Resort: Na Tara Resort. The food is very delicious. Good service staff, very cute. The room is very large, the air conditioner is cool, the room is clean. If anyone is interested, please talk to us. The room price is very cheap ❤️

It's a pity that this hotel is not well maintained. It can be seen that the original design and supplies are very good. But now the panoramic restaurant is closed, the observation deck has collapsed, and the landscape pool is left with moss. Although the room needs maintenance in many places, the view is very good, the area is large, the supplies are complete, clean and tidy, and the price is cheap. If you have a car and don't care about hotel facilities, you can choose here.

The rooms are clean and spacious, but the accommodation condition is like an abandoned hotel.Dirty swimming pools, residential buildings, dilapidated walkways, decaying wood.The price of accommodation and what you get are not reasonable.

It was originally built as a high end hotel, a lot of the little details are really well thought out.The room is large, the bathroom too, there are many amenities in the room.There is a mixer tap and therefore hot water at the sink... Very few hotels offer this in Thailand, but certainly not in this price range.Well it's true that the whole thing needs to be renovated, the paintings need to be refreshed, the old worm-eaten wooden terraces should be dismantled, the dump of plastic bottles dumped by the sea should be cleanedCloudy pool water is not suitable for swimmingThe staff would need to be more numerous (there are only 4 of them) and above all they should be trained in the hotel industry, which is absolutely not the case.In short, a lot of amateurism in a beautiful, old, aging hotelAll for 1000 baht per night

It's not in the busy area, it's on the other side of the pier. It's about a 15-minute drive from the pier. You have to go through the pier to go to White Beach. It takes 30 minutes from the hotel to White Beach. There is a short climb up the mountain. There is no breakfast in the hotel, but there are some nearby places within a 10-minute drive. There is a place where you can have breakfast, the price of the room is not high, and it is a short drive away so it will be no problem.

The room was so musty that I couldn't sleep. I opened the back door to let it out for half a day + sprayed it with spray, but it was extremely stinky. We had to sleep with masks on. But the smell penetrated. The smell probably came from the bathroom. wooden bath mat

This place is beautiful and quiet for me and my family on weekdays and during the low season like this. Today I traveled from Prachinburi Province to stay on July 21, 2023, during the monsoon season. The sky was closed and it was raining. Overall 99. %, who contacted me 4 days ago, intends to come to Koh Chang to deliver work. and came to visit at the same time But it's more about work. Search for a resort that doesn't have a view of the mangrove forest. There is quite a bit of sandy beach. I met here. On a day when the sky wasn't so clear There is only one family in the whole resort, which is okay for, in my opinion, a person whose private life is quite high. What do you like quiet? Even though I didn't get to see the view, I saw everything, including the swimming pool, koi pond. and the gray sea with the fog that cuts the horizon In the monsoon like this Thank you for the good time and will come again.

The atmosphere of the accommodation is good. The rooms are good, but the rooms with air conditioning are not very cool. In my friend's room, the air conditioning is cool. I think that if it was before Covid, it would have been better. This one has many zones closed. But overall Suitable for relaxing, quiet, private.
