Only stayed here for 1 night, so can't say much.Rooms are nice and clean. All the fabrics smell amazingly freshly washed. Although, the bathroom is somewhat small. Everything else is lovely. Definitely worth staying again.

Booked accommodation through Agoda. When I arrived, I let someone else go. They said that MS had already asked on Agoda what time I would check-in. If they didn't answer, I would let someone else. And when we're driving, who will see? When we talk, we don't apologize, we don't take responsibility, it's really bad.

Clean rooms, inexpensive prices, located in the heart of the city. Can walk to the fresh market. Close to the Saturday Walking Street Market, it can be a bit chaotic. The parking space is narrow for large cars, and it is a little difficult to get in and out. It depends on the driver's skills.

The accommodation is ok, but the caretaker speaks very badly. Well, we came to stay with our boyfriend. Now they've discussed the details and we've heard that the original guest rooms haven't been moved out yet. So we understand that we have to wait first. Then we asked to go to the bathroom. We spoke very well because we also work in service. Entering, he raised his voice and scolded us that the bathroom was built in. Why would he ask to go to the bathroom? So we said we misunderstood, thinking the room was not yet finished. He screamed so loudly that the doorman came out to see. We were very confused as to why he had to yell and his expression was so bad. It's really really bad. We are customers coming to rent, not coming to ask to stay for free.

Check-in process was easy and straightforward. The owner kindly allowed us to check-in earlier as the room was ready. The value for money here is exceptional. I only wish I could find the same price-to-quality ratio elsewhere in Thailand. Despite the affordable rates, the rooms are impeccably clean, the air conditioning functions well, and the beds are comfortable. Additionally, small water bottles were provided. While there is allegedly a restaurant onsite, we didn't sample the food as there are plenty of excellent local options nearby. The location is convenient, close to the center and a short walk to the bus station. As mentioned, there are numerous restaurants nearby as well as a 7-Eleven.However, I'm deducting one star due to some misunderstandings with the owner. We sought her assistance regarding transportation to Ao Thammachat pier and the ferry to Koh Chang. She advised us of a daily songthaew service that supposedly comes to the hotel at 10am and would take us to Ao Thammachat for 80 baht per person. However, upon inquiry elsewhere, we were quoted 400 baht for a vehicle to Ao Thammachat. We decided to wait for the 10am songthaew as it seemed like the cheaper option. Upon arrival, the driver was friendly but dismissive when asked about the destination pier. Despite our concerns, he merely mentioned a different pier and insisted there was a boat at 11am to Koh Chang. It was evident that he didn't go to Ao Thammachat or any other pier. Presumably, he operates to a completely different pier and then pressures passengers into hiring a private boat or joining a tour. I'm sharing this as a cautionary tale for others. It's advisable to go to the main road and negotiate with songthaew drivers directly. We managed to reach Ao Thammachat pier for 90 baht per person, which seems reasonable considering the normal price is 80 baht. The hotel owner should refrain from engaging with these drivers who clearly attempt to deceive tourists.Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but travelers should exercise caution when dealing with songthaew drivers in Trat.
