I have been so impressed today the member of staff who dealt with my booking. Toon from reception is by far the most helpful and understanding reservation Manager that I have ever dealt with in all of Thailand.She went above and beyond to find us two different types of accommodation, provided all of the positive and any negative about them both, sent pictures of the interiors to my phone, and even sent A map of the resort to enable me to choose which exact units I wanted to book.This type of service you would expect from a five star resort. There was no question Toon couldn't answer within minutes and the resort even showed their gratitude for booking directly bye providing an attractive discount even in the height of the season. I had seen this resort many times online and I can honestly say that I don't think I would have booked it today if it hadn't of been for the enthusiasm and professionalism that tune demonstrated from the moment she answered my enquiry. I hope that the rest of the resort reflect the amazing attitude of this one individual.

Beautiful, calm beach, beautiful shady accommodation. The rooms have a nice, clean atmosphere. Each room is quite far apart and not crowded. Breakfast is considered very good. If you're thinking of staying in a quiet, shady place, delicious food, and a beautiful beach, I recommend this place. 👍

This accommodation is at the end of the island. We had traveled quite a distance by car. The reception and service was good and the employees were smiling and cheerful. There are restaurants, shops, and coffee shops providing services. The accommodation area is wide. The room price is good value. Very quiet. The room is clean, the bed is soft, clean, no musty smell. Inside the room there is a TV, hair dryer, and not many plugs. There is a refrigerator and 2 bathrooms. The liquid soap smells really good. Accommodation beach front There are beds and seats, good atmosphere, but the beach front is not very clean. There was trash on the day of our stay. But the sea water is clear. Breakfast has a lot to choose from.

Ko kut, or ko kood, an island 350 km from Bangkok, the island has a single road, deliberately, so as not to damage the nature of the island. You will not see cars, only scooters and 4/5 vehicles to take tourists to the various facilities. All the structures are integrated with the environment, built of wood and materials that blend in with the dense vegetation of the island. White sea, white sand with palm trees on the shore, a true paradise. There is a single small village built on stilts, the Fishermen's Village, where you can eat typical Thai dishes and obviously fish. Don't expect luxury, but it's all lovely. The temperature of the sea water is very pleasant in the evening, where everyone stays in the water to admire the fantastic sunset. Describing it as "a paradise" is not an exaggeration, but the reality. There is no village, therefore sea life, then dinner in one of the many restaurants and then off to bed. The prices are really low, at 10 euros, but even less you can dine for two. I recommend trying to respect their customs, so every time you enter a shop or restaurant, it is customary to leave your shoes outside. I say it sincerely, perhaps one of the most beautiful places I have seen among all my travels.

At first I read the reviews. I felt a little worried.But after taking a break,1. The hotel is in Ao Phrao. Almost at the end of the islandVery clear water, beautiful sandy beach, quiet, private beach.2. At the hotel there is a restaurant that closes at 8.30 pm and a bar that closes at 9.30 pm. There are kayaks for paddling. No need to go anywhere. Or walk to the left facing the sea. There is a restaurant as well.3. The service staff are ok, smiling and giving good help.4. The rooms are clean to a satisfactory level. But the daytime air conditioner can't compete with the weather. But at night it was cool and there was an extra fan.But the bathroom in the room May be difficult for the elderly
