The price was not equal to the quality of the rooms. The deck chairs had holes running through, so wasn’t able to use themThe laundry rack was rusty and falling apart.The closet had 2-3 hangers from 2010, the refrigerator was rusty inside, not very safe for food.The plumbing was clogged, causing the smell to linger.The pool was nice, but unsure of how clean it is.The morning breakfast was a joke, not worth waking up for store bought coffee, bread with knock off butter and jelly. All the dishes were the same, 2x eggs with a small sausage and Alice of canned ham, better off buying outside for a more filling and pleasant breakfastOver all, if you’re gonna spend 800-900baht, might as well go do a better resort.Location wise, it was convenient

I've been staying here for 4 nights and I'm happy so far. The rooms are cleaned more often and the breakfast is varied. don't understand the negative review.

The booking description states that it is a stone's throw from the beach. This is not right. Is 2 km from the beach. We also didn't like the environment. Few restaurantsNo atmosphere. Too expensive for what you get and the location

✍🏻Iyara Boty, the newest resort in the Iyara group, is a suitable accommodation for private groups. There is a banquet room. It is air conditioned and can organize activities. There is space for outdoor activities and can go to various activities in the Iyara group. Recommended.
