Stayed here as a family of 4 during the off-season in August.I was looking for a place to stay in the area between Kai Bay Beach and Lonely Beach, and after looking at several hotels, I decided on this one.The pool, ocean, sunset, and town are all within walking distance.You can spend a whole day at the hotel, at the beach, pool and restaurant.The bed is spacious, soft and comfortable. The toilet was new and I was able to use the water area comfortably.The staff are also good people. The owner, who speaks Japanese, helped me many times when I was in trouble, and my trip to Bangkok after that became a comfortable one.Pad Thai, stir-fried chicken with cashew nuts and Chang beer are the best.This is a hotel I would like to visit again with my family.

The resort is located on Kai Bae Beach. There are convenience stores and various shops nearby. The rooms are spacious and clean. The big bed was comfortable. There is a private sandy beach. And it is one of the most beautiful sunset viewing points on Koh Chang. large pond You can jump right into the pool. Massage services are available. Delicious food can be ordered in Thai flavors. Importantly, the service of all employees is very good. Be professional And will definitely go back to use the service again.

The rooms are spacious and quite cozy, the room has a large balcony. Big beautiful pool. The room is relatively clean)) towels are cleaned daily, bed linen is changed if necessary. Nice view of the ocean from the room. Be prepared for music at night because there is a night club nearby. The staff is friendly. Breakfasts are very poor, only eggs, tomatoes, carrots (it is better not to order, but to go for breakfast in local cafes nearby.

My husband and I stayed in this quaint hotel this past May and loved it. The staff were so kind and attended to every detail with such warmth & care.We loved the terrace and the almost private beach which was great for swimming and had the most beautiful sunsets. The whole vibe was so special and relaxing.The location is great for an easy walk to shops and restaurants too.The reason for 1 star less on the room was only because of the sound of heavy buds or nuts falling from the trees onto the tin roof, which kept us awake.We will definitely come back here again we will ask for a room down below.

We were there in the off-season and had the resort almost to ourselves. The breakfast is freshly prepared according to personal wishes and is sufficient. A really great resort with a great location. The rooms are large and spacious. The staff is super friendly and helps wherever they can. The beach is perfect. We will be back.

When I came to Koh Chang to book a hotel, I was very confused about which hotel to choose. I finally chose this hotel. The staff and service are great👍. The hotel is very quiet and comfortable. It has its own beach. The super big bed🛏️ can sleep a family of 5 people. The only drawback is that there are people nearby at night. The band scene may be a bit noisy if you go to bed very early. I stayed for three days this time. I hope it will be a week next time😄

Really nice and quiet hotel in Kae Bae.They have a gorgeous private beach and serve breakfast in the morning.Don't expect a big breakfast buffet, it is a small hotel. You can have your choice of eggs, there's veggies, salad, bread and fruit. Enough to start a sabai sabai day in Koh Chang.Rooms are very clean and spacious.In the neighbourhood of the hotel you can find many restaurants and bars that cater to Westerners and Thais alike.

We stayed for two nights and had a lovely stay! The staff are very friendly and welcoming.You have direct access to the beach and beach beds too. There are beach towels available for guests.You're West facing so a great place to grab a cocktail and watch the sun set!There's a pool although we didn't use it. There's also a massage place, but we didn't use this either.

We stayed 3 nights at BaanSook Resort.Top location! The owner takes great care of her customers. Adorable ❤️. The breakfast is great and plentiful with the added bonus of a view of the sea, a heavenly place. Possibility to rent scooters on site.

Wow, just wow. This little hotel is a wonderful hidden gem. My wife and I booked a stay for 2weeks here and currently on day three and we could not be happier. The rooms are nice and almost every “Garden view” room can see the beach. The staff here is accommodating, friendly, and professional. Only downside is the breakfast lacks allot of options, but it is adequate. Other than that I cannot say enough good about this place.:Edit:Well after staying here about a week we learned how to order breakfast and I have to correct my statement above. The breakfast is full of options all you have to do is ask for them. My Vegan wife has enjoyed the grilled pumpkin, onions, and tomatoes with the soup and white rice.All in all we love this place♥️

I needed a resort to decompress while also catching up on work and this was the perfect place! The resort has a nice beach - go to the right side of the beach where it is less rocky. This resort is west facing which makes for beautiful sunsets. I stayed in the king room with a sea view and a balcony. It was wonderful waking up to the sunrise and the birds chirping! The water pressure is very good.The staff is so kind and caring - I left my key in the room one night and locked myself out and they were extremely prompt in helping me get back in. When I was leaving, the owner called the transportation to ensure that they were going to pick me up on time - I didn’t even have to ask, she just did it! So nice!I did not try the restaurant but they have breakfast every morning included - there’s a different “main” course every morning - eggs (any style/omelette), mu ping etc. the restaurant/bar is right next to the beach area which is super convenient if you want any food or drink while you’re lounging. They provide beach towels upon request.Theres also onsite massage which are the same rates as those outside the resort, but the quality of the massage was just ok to be honest.It’s a newly (acquired) resort so some songthaew drivers might not know where it is. This was the case only once and he was able to figure it out quickly - but just a heads up that some are still learning.It is relatively close to the strip of bars that will sometimes blast their music at night. This wasn’t an issue for me but can be bothersome for others. If this will bother you, just remember that it’s not their fault - the resort doesn’t have control on how loud people will play music on their own property. I can tell they truly care about their guests and will go lengths to provide a great experience; please do not blame them for something out of their own control.

The place is beautiful, almost a private beach is not that busy. Room are big, nice view, sufficient breakfast.The staff is incredible friendly and the owner super careful helped us in everything what we needed.Walking Street is just behind so can be quiet noisy some of the nights, but if you are tired you won't have a problem with that.I will just recommend to not switch towels and sheets every day. Is not necessary. Definitely I will come back
