Great and cheap place to stay during your vacation. The owners are kind and offer scooter renting, the room is cleaned when asked, and the main road of Bangtao is five minutes away (walking) from the place where you can find a bunch of great restaurants. However, I would suggest you to bring ear plugs in order not to be woken up by the roosters at 5 AM (an eye mask might also be a good idea).

Clean place, very cheap price. The hostess is very kind and enthusiastic, ready to help and meet all guests' requests. Free drinking water and refills every day. Overall, it's so good that there's nothing to complain about. There is also a grocery store next door and a laundromat in front of the house. Too convenient

Very nice place.The owners are really very kind and always available to help you for everything you need and for this reason 5 stars are deserved.I also rented their scooter at a great price and could reach the beach in exactly 2 minutes, the location is truly perfect.The price for the room is quite cheap so don't expect super luxury, the room is still large although quite basic however it is clean.I honestly found the bed a little uncomfortable, but this is just my opinion, the water pressure in the shower is a little weak sometime and the sink tap needs to be replaced as it is really not very functional. Apart from these details that can be improved, I had a good time here, I met the owners who were fantastic, I will definitely return to Phuket and will happily book here again.

Excellent) clean, cozy, the hostess lives downstairs, when you arrive you need to contact her, we lived in an orange room, comfortable, clean, large window overlooking the road, quiet, there is a small shop downstairs, the beach is 16 minutes away.

In general, everything is good, close to the sea, water is provided, but the pillows are a little high. And at 5 am in the mosque the monk sings for 2-3 minutes, then falls silent. But from 3 o'clock the roosters also begin to crow))) we saved ourselves with earplugs.

Good conditions, large refrigerator, put a couple of 0.5 liter bottles of water. every day, toilet paper is also provided. There is a safe. Spacious room. There is a mosque nearby, so sometimes it will be noisy, close to the house there is a Thai boxing school (or a gym, I didn’t specify). This didn’t bother us; in fact, we were comfortable. Nice host, no problems, organized a scooter for the duration of your stay, at a reasonable price. It will be a bit difficult there without a scooter, take it right away, there is a gas station nearby when you exit onto the main road.

The +Clean room. Very nice home . If necessary, the owner is also there to give you good advice. Scooter rental on site.....THE-Tables to sit with a few green plants placed at the exit of the rooms would give a nicer side to the hotel.
