We spent 12 wonderful days! The rooms are clean and spacious, equipped with a whirlpool bath, a shower, a terrace and a private swimming pool. This private pool gave us stunning sunsets and stunning views of the beach. The hotel has direct access to the beach, as well as a rooftop swimming pool, which is a real plus. Special mention to the staff, particularly at reception, where James stands out for his constant smile and his willingness to help. An unforgettable experience!

The only good thing about the room is the sea view.The day I went to sleep, the elevator was broken and I had to walk up to the 4th floor.The water didn't flow from 3 - 4 am. It started flowing again at 11 am.Had to call the hotel staff to ask for bottled water to wash your bottom.It was the first time that the PDRC was very cruel. The toilet had no water to flush.There is parking in front of the hotel.Reserved for 1500฿

The rooms are not suitable for a family trip and it is not considered a 4-star hotel at all. What distinguishes it is its location and the service of the staff. As for the place, I do not recommend staying in it, especially if it is your first visit to the area.For myself, I did not complete the reservation period and changed the location.

Poorly run hotel. Very bad attitude at the customer service desk ! My family and friends stayed there only 3 nights last month. Rooms are very small , not very well maintained and cleaned. Too expensive for the standard.

Incredible views of surin beach, basic rooms, and a decent breakfast. You should rent a motorbike because walking into town is a bit unrealistic.No lunch or dinner on premises. Choose to stay here for the waterfront views and beach access. Staff is friendly.

BEWARE BIG SCAM.On the hotel's official website. My wife and I find that we can have breakfast at a discount. We decide to go there.At reception I ask for 2 breakfasts and ask for 400BHT. Which is nothing in itself. On the offer I see that we can have it at 169BHT. I show the receptionist Yuu the voucher. And panic she doesn't know. Calls his manager speaks in Thai and then tells us that no it doesn't exist and only finds excuses for not providing us with ours.. the manager refuses to come to meet us or even speak to us on the phone.... This type of “discount” is exclusively for. THAI. The receptionist was playing on her phone while we asked her to find a solution, no longer answered us and ignored us… LAMENTABLE

Every room has a sea view. The room reserved is Superior. Oceanfront includes breakfast Breakfast has a variety of sets to choose from. The atmosphere is very good, the sea view is so nice that you don't want to go out. You can walk down to Surin Beach from the hotel. Recommend a restaurant to eat in the evening near Grandma Aoi's restaurant.

Great view, right by the beach, friendly staff.2 downsides.They don't serve any food other than breakfast.They way to the beach or town isn't the best when it's dark outside because of lack of good outdoor lightning.

Beautiful beachSome waves for the end of JuneFew visitors but small restaurants that don't look like much but are delicious.Try the watermelon smoothie for 50 baht, it's very good and thirst-quenching.
