As beautiful as some of the rooms are, this is a well oiled money making operation. Don’t come expecting much in the way of a friendly welcome etc. Food is very good with the rooms at the end of the beach, A1 and A2 having exceptional views. Not much to do on this beach. 30 ish minutes to walk into the port or take the long tail between 100B and 200B depending on the time of day and number of people.If you are looking for a quiet relaxing resort, that is all about the money, this is the place for you.

The view and reach were good, but the service was very bad.The staff always looked disgusting and unfriendly and had no service spirit.Even though it's Thailand, they don't even smile at all, and instead serve customers in a grumpy manner.The attitude of the people on the boat who greeted us was also terrible.I can't help but think that I'm paying for a private beach and a view.

To start with the positive, the view is amazing 🤩 the rooms are great and the restaurant is good. But major things to improve. Starting by the service. It will be rare to have a smile. And the killer is you can bath in the sea but there is great chances you get hurt by urchins. There are everywhere even 1m for the shore which makes the bath really dangerous at low tide. The hotel will not warn you about it. So if you are with kids don’t go there because if you have urchins in your door you will end with antibiotics and you will be forbidden to bath for 1 week !

Room very spacious, but dirty bed sheet and pillow. And the bathroom very dark and lousy water.The staff is the worst, they work there like someone forced them. No smile, no greetings and very bad service.The only good thing is the beach.

VERY IMPORTANT. The location of the hotel does not make things easier, you have to take a boat for everything (paying 100 to 200 bat per person per trip), and the taxi-boats are very uncomfortable to get on and go, since you have to enter the beach and in our case we saw a lady who fell and hurt herself while climbing. If we find out beforehand, we will take a hotel in the center. The views from the hotel are good, yes. The rooms comply. The hotel staff is generally very unhappy.In short, we do not recommend this hotel unless you come to stay in the area and take a few days to relax.

Were there in February. The cabins are very spacious and nicely decorated, and have always been clean. Monkeys also run around in front of the huts, that was an experience! The food is very good and the cocktails are phenomenal! The view from the Restsurant is very beautiful and invites you to enjoy a few cocktails with this wonderful view. The waiters are quick even when the restaurant is full.The breakfast is also good.There is a small kiosk, a little more expensive than 7/11, but still cheap.The Thai massage was very relaxing. The atmosphere in the evening was fantastic.We wanted to book again next year, but unfortunately it was fully booked until June. Rightly so!

Heavenly place but terrible restaurant service. They are not smiling and not friendly, you really have the impression of annoying them. The food is very good though, it’s a shame!The man at the reception looks you up and down, he's clearly not cut out for this job.The maids didn't have time to clean the room, we have 2 young children, it would have been nice to at least change the bins!!

In our entire trip through Thailand we have never had such unfriendly staff as in this hotel. The restaurant staff in particular were very unfriendly. Not even a hello is said when you walk in and no one smiles. They are not helpful at all and very impatient. When we had just been looking at the menu for 2 minutes, they were already standing in front of the table asking if we had already made a choice. And this was the case every day. They are very pushy and we got the feeling that they wanted us to leave as quickly as possible. There are no other restaurants nearby so we were forced to eat here. The location was also not nice. There is nothing to do here in the evening, no nice bar for example. The only way to get to the center is to walk through the jungle for half an hour. And this is not an easy walk in the dark at 32 degrees. The other option is by boat, but this costs a lot of money and you cannot be dropped off at the hotel in the evening because of the high waves, so you still have to walk a bit through the jungle. It is actually not feasible for elderly people or small children. We also made an appointment with one of the staff for a snorkeling tour. When we were ready at 7 am on the agreed day, it turned out that they had forgotten our appointment. We will never go back here and will NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone.Also, there were monkeys everywhere, and they can attack, but the hotel staff doesn't really care when you ask for help.The rooms were fine tho!

I feel you can be locked in this hotel as the only way to go to the town is by boat and that depends on the ocean conditions (so be aware when you're coming in as there is a huge risk you can miss your flight).The staff needs some training in customer service, it's hard for them to be friendly, especially at the counter, they can't be nice and try to help you out when tipping the staff of the restaurant, This is really bad in my opinion.
