The location is just a short distance from the bus stop. close to food vendors, a cafe, and a convenience store. The pubs are a half-hour's walk away, so it's not the best option if you're looking for a night out as well. Although the rooms were pleasant, my toilet's lights are broken. Also, the staff is friendly. Since there is no Grab or Bolt in the area, they assisted us in booking rides using the app on their phone.

7 nights of stay. Worth it. The room is very large, and cleanness will need a little bit of improvement. But compared to the price, it is totally worth it. Every day - they have room cleaning service, & they will give water, coffee. Dirty towers will be changed, and shampoos and showers are free with refills. The front desk people are very helpful, friendly, and can communicate in understandable English. Location is nice as well, close to the shops and local food market. Not far from the Maekhong river view.

Very close to thai consulate. (Can walk) Rooms are clean, big enough, has wifi, cheap. Friendly staff. All you need..
no food but lots of places within walking distance, last time I was here a quick tuc tuc ride to a nice restaurant on the river.

Me,My hubby and mother in law stayed here.The VIP room was super good. Two rooms and connect to one big living room.Fridge in the living room and tv and couch.Each room has AC.The shower is warm all the time.I paid $30 a day.Awesome!

This hotel was a bit of a disappointment. The positive points: The room was fine, spacious enough and clean. Unfortunately, there were more negative points: Constant noise in the hallway, mainly caused by loudly shouting staff. The elevator has a bell sound, very annoying, but the thing seems to beep with every floor it passes. It kept me awake and when I finally fell asleep, I was woken up by that squeaking sound again. But the worst part was that WIFI just doesn't work. I complained to reception who simply said it wasn't working, there didn't seem to be any urgency to resolve the problem. A very annoying problem if you need WIFI for work and a hotspot with your phone hardly works due to the poor quality of the mobile internet. The hotel also has a bad location, close to the Thai consulate but very far from the center. There were also no tuktuks or taxis to be found so the only thing you can do is walk for 45 minutes to the center. In other words: They won't see me here again.
