The Melina Beach Front Bungalows are simply exceptional. The beachfront location offers stunning views and direct access to the beach. The accommodations are comfortable, well maintained and tastefully decorated. The staff are incredibly welcoming and attentive, making the stay even more enjoyable. A true paradise for those seeking relaxation and tranquility.The owner and her team are very attentive and helped us organize our activities as best as possible.We recommend for a family with young children.

We spent two wonderful weeks here as a large family! The grounds are an absolute dream. The team is very nice and always helpful. Excursions and taxi rides were reliably organized, so the remoteness is not a problem.We wish everyone all the best and will definitely come back!Thank you.

We stayed at this resort with our family of 9 between Christmas and New Year 2023/2024.We booked the two individual bungalows and the family bungalow.We spent one of our most beautiful holidays in this place.Everything was as described on the homepage.However, the location of the resort was even more beautiful than we imagined.The view of the offshore islands, especially in the evening at sunset, was indescribably beautiful.Swimming a few laps in the swimming pool under palm trees in the refreshingly cooler water at 6:30 in the morning is indescribable.We were able to enjoy the peace and seclusion there.We received full support from the owner of the resort (Oi, Rungtiwa) to organize excursions or other activities.The four women working there (Kim and her team) gave us an excellent vacation from morning to evening,For example, we went to the market together and bought fresh fish, vegetables, etc.In the evening we were served these delicacies. It was all indescribably beautiful.The friendliness of these and all other people in this region was nice to experience.If you want to experience a wonderful, quiet vacation in tropical vegetation, this is the right place for you.Thanks again to everyone for these unforgettable moments and experiencesUwe, Susanne, Britt, Timm, Ben, Alena, Miles, Frey and Lou

We chose this hotel as the quiet part of our Thailand vacation because it is quite remote in a quiet part of Krabi.However, it is very easy to reach by car and via Google Maps. Private parking available.We were warmly welcomed. Our bungalow (No.1) was beautifully furnished & very clean. Small refrigerator available. Towels, even large ones for the pool or beach, smell fresh and good. At the adjoining Whailars Bar (very, very nice ladies ;))) you can eat and drink well during the day and evening. There is something for everyone. Thai, but also western for breakfast. Good coffee with milk foam! Fresh fruits.The whole area looks very well maintained and tidy.The pool is very refreshing and at 15m you can also swim well. There is also a small baby pool next door. Plenty of lying around the pool and beach.THE BEACH is the only small drawback. You can hardly swim in the sea here because it is very shallow and the water recedes very far at low tide. But it is very idyllic and very natural, as there are only a few small buildings on this beach. Walking on the beach is great & at low tide you can watch the crabs or starfish burrowing in the sand.The sunsets are very beautiful here. The sun disappears beautifully behind the rocks of the neighboring islands.We would definitely recommend the hotel

Beautiful resort next to the beach and in the middle of thai nature. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent local and fresh food. All the facilities are well maintained. We had a great time in Ao Thalane!

I recently stayed at Melina's with a group of 10. We stayed for a week and booked the entire place. It was sensational. It is the most relaxing holiday that most of us have had. Aum and the rest of the staff made our stay extremely comfortable. The food was absolutely delicious and we tried everything on the menu, many times over. They organized a seafood feast for us one night which was delightful. You really cant walk to anything from Melina's but they organized transport whenever we wanted to go into town or to other activities. We went on a long boat for the day, picked up from our beach with food and drinks all arranged. We went sea kayaking, had massages at the resort, swam in the pool and ocean, drank cocktails as the sun went down and thoroughly relaxed. This is not a five star resort but the unique location, friendliness of the staff and wonderful food made it a sensational holiday. I would thoroughly recommend it to anyone.

My husband and I visited for our honeymoon in February. We were so happy with the location, the staff, food…everything was great! We used an air bnb and our house was always communicating with us to help. It’s very secluded and quiet, so if that’s what you’re looking for, you’ve found the right place! The staff is amazing, kind, helpful and just lovely. I highly recommend Melina’s!!!

We spent a few memorable days in this little paradise! A haven of peace with a magnificent beach where we were lucky enough to get married. Just a few scattered bungalows with perfect privacy.The staff is very cheerful, although slightly too long during breakfast service, but this is largely excused when we realize that we are vacationers! In Thailand, time stops! The young Lym woman who took care of us was incredibly kind! We will keep inexhaustible memories of our stay here. Thank you again a thousand times! Audrey and Sébastien

Many thanks to Oi, Kim and So for their fantastic service, they are there to help you with everything from arranging rides to making the most delicious meals! Try the fried chicken and fruit shakes!The beach isn't great for swimming but is filled with crabs, shells, and exploration for kids. If you want to really get away and be well taken care of with the most beautiful sunsets, this is the place!

The most beautiful thing in Krabi without a doubt, although the beach is not the best due to the tide. But there are the best sunsets you can imagine. It is my corner of paradise without a doubt

Simply unique and splendid. Atypical place far from mass tourism and overcrowded resorts. The welcome is adorable with a delicious and attentive restaurant bar. The swimming pool, the sea, everything is great and a breathtaking view. The bungalows are simple but largely comfortable (bedding a little rough!!). The most beautiful memory of our trip to Thailand.

Amazing place, peaceful, beachfront. We were the only couple in the entire streach of the beach, enjoyed every moment of it.The nearby places closes pretty early, 8 PM so make sure you have everything you need.The inhouse restaurant and staff is very good and helping.
