Perfect room, location and perfect host. The room was extremely clean and she offers cleaning service whenever you like. When we asked the room to be cleaned she changed the sheets and bought us new towels that smelt amazing. The room is spacious with a little kitchen area that has a kettle, a fridge and some cutlery and utensils. There’s a big and comfy bed, TV with Netflix and a little terrace at the entrance. Also she gives water for every day you spend there. We kept extending our stay and she kept bringing us new water it was very sweet. The location is about 10-20 minutes from attractions all around which made the location perfect for us. The street was very quiet at night although in the morning there are birds who like to walk on the roof. It sounds exactly like rain.

The rooms are very clean, convenient to travel. From the airport it's only 15 minutes and going to Ao Phra Nang takes only 15 minutes as well. Conveniently opposite the house there is a restaurant and cafe. …

The owner takes care of him very well. Helped with everything. The room was clean, the water was warm, the TV had Netflix prime... We stayed in the first room, next to the fence. There were dishes, dishwashing liquid ready, a kettle, and a refrigerator. Completely complete. Plus, if you want to do laundry, I also have a rack and hangers to borrow. I can't help but move the clothes out of the sun and into the shade. Very impressedAdditional things to prepare are towels to wipe your face and hair. With a hair dryerWhen you come to Krabi, you must go to Baan Kaem. I recommend it. 😘😊

We had a wonderful three weeks at the homestay. Our host Pe was always very helpful and was always happy to help, our room was super and clean. We can recommend this accommodation with a clear conscience when we are in krabi city. If you want to have the beach in front of your door you are wrong. We will definitely be back.

Ms. Kam is ever so accommodating! Van from airport ran very late and we didn't arrive until after 10pm. She waited up for us and had the air conditioning turned on! How sweet is that?The location worked for us to cycle to Ao Nang without staying in that town.Beds comfy, lots of water for showers, very clean and quiet.Note there is no breakfast although called a B&B. Pillows too voluminous to use for my husband and me.Otherwise, all was excellent!Try The Little Home Cafe across the street for meals. 7-11 about 600 metres.

Bann Kamm was a pleasant surprise to us who came from Phi Phi Islands. The beds were comfy and the rooms were clean and we were provided a whole tour upon arrival. My friends and I loved the comfort and the atmosphere in the area.

We booked two rooms (on Booking) for our family of four and they were perfect! We only had two nights in our schedule for visiting Krabi, but the rooms would be very comfortable for a longer stay. They're new and very well decorated, with nice touches like a bedside table lamp. It was quiet at night and the beds were very comfortable. Ms. Kam, the owner, was very nice and welcoming. The location was very convenient, between Krabi town and Ao Nang beach area (but closer to Krabi town, which was nice because we liked it better than the congested, touristy area of Ao Nang). We would love to stay there again!

Stayed here in mid Nov 2023. With no reservations i was just trying my luck and fortunately the owner Kam had a spare room. Initially planned to stay one night but ended up staying 3. Liked the location, quite and away from the hussle and bussle of the town. I was riding a motorcycle so transport wasn't a problem. My room was clean, AC and private parking.

It's the best..Good price, not expensive at all.The room is very beautiful, like being in the bedroom of your own house.The owner is kind and gives very good advice. Plus, in front of the accommodation is a nice restaurant. No need to go far 👍👍👍Next time I come to Krabi, I will definitely stay here.
