Every time I visit Krabi, I always choose to stay at Villa Thalanena. Though the location is far from the city centre and airport (40 minutes drive) but that makes this area so peaceful and authentic. The villa does not face the beach but situated in the local forest … love the fresh and clean air and its greenery. Then take a short stroll to the beach via their private property to see the amazing sunset of Andaman sea with islands views and local fishermen standing in the middle of the sea fishing Sai Fish 😳Their service (local staff) and their food are lovely. Enjoy breakfast and dinner a lot. Their beds are comfy. The villa is good for family or group of 4 pax. 2 Bathroom and 3 toilets with pantry in the living room which you can request for breakfast to serve there. Air Conditioning is good with rain shower. Hot water is good.

I would like to thank all the staff for their hospitality and services,we felt the staff like a family, We really had a great time and nice memories enjoying the peaceful atmosphere and the beautiful scenery, enjoying in the nature by kayaking, which is hotel can provided optional.special thanks to Mr. Don for his cooperation and assistance during our stay.Strongly i recommended this hotel and i will visit again in the future.

Had a great time and good holiday experience here during our roadtrip to Thailand. Quiet, beautiful and clean hotel surrounded with nature and trees. Waking up to nature's peaceful sounds is quite an experience. The staff member is very very accommodating and exceptional! Had a private island tour arranged by the staff member. It was one of the best experience on our trip! And their cold swimming pool after the whole day of island tour is to die for!

Peace, Quietness, Slow lifeWhat I love the most is the pool as the tall tress in the unit. There was music in the garden and native trees that gave such peace while I was in the pool.Breakfast was wonderful.Unit was nicely designed and use quality and clean materials.Great escape from a busy city life.

Incredible, exotic accommodation with exceptional comfort.We loved every detail: the accommodation, the decoration, the friendliness of the staff, the setting, everything.It is a small structure, in a family and soothing atmosphere.30 minutes by car from the city center but the view is worth it.2 minutes walk from a beach, where you find yourself alone in the world.I recommend this type of accommodation with my eyes closed.

Villa Thalanena is one of a kind. If you're going to stay here and think it's just a hotel, it is not. This place is as though a sanctuary. The owners are wonderful as well as the staffs. It felt like home away from home. The location is peaceful and perfect if you need to unplug from your busy mind and busy daily life. Every villa is surrounded by trees and just a few minutes walk to the beach. If you are looking for something really authentic and special to explore in Krabi, head to Ao Thalane area and stay here. You will go home a different person...a much better person!Also, the food here is delicious. They use local ingredients for all the Thai cuisines and they are all absolutely delicious.

Beautiful, quiet, and tranquil. The location is tucked away, offering peaceful respite from everyday life. The villas are designed with a minimal and modern southeast Asian style. Stay there makes you feel almost at one with the surrounding nature.The kitchen makes some amazing food and the staff are so accommodating and friendly. We have been here several times and each visit we are blown away by their hospitality and delicious food.You also have access to a second area a minute walk from the villas that gives you access to the beach. There you will find some of the best sunset views in your life. This is easily one of my favorite places in the world.
