All in all not bad, the only bad thing was that the shower drain had mysteriously been positioned too high and therefore the bathroom floor was perpetually flooded. It cannot be explained, whoever did the work was not aware of the force of gravity. Okay it happens. Otherwise friendly and polite staff. In a quiet area where there aren't too many drunk tourists and loud music. Excellent price.

The place is good to spend 1 night, the people at the reception don't pay much attention to you, they are up late talking, it's good if you check in late, (although they will charge you) then they spend the day there so whatever you need You will find them easily, the normal room with a small patio in front (2 chairs and a table) It is far from the center which is bad if you make excursions from the port since you have to cross all of Phiphi and good if you want tranquility since it is a remote street of the party places.

My room was generally very good. The only drawback was that you could hear everything that was happening outside the door and that my bed was really rock hard. Location was great and staff was very nice.

5 stars because of the amazingly friendly staff and the wonderful service! Please talk to the amazing people working at Coco guest house, make an effort to embrace thai culture and dive into the island!The rooms are simple yes but all our amenities worked well and the rooms were very clean. the amazing location provides you with access to central Koh Phi Phi while still being separated from all noise and partying. Slinky is only a 8 min walk away and the central 7/11 is close by.Sunny and Mai are some of the nicest hotel reception workers i have ever had the pleasure of meeting! They showed personally me and my friend what to do and how to do it in thailand. With their guidance i was able to experience the best that Koh Phi Phi has to offer.Beautiful people work at this establishment and i recommend you stay here.

Loved the friendly staff (shout out to Sunny and Mai), rooms were clean, AC and wifi worked great. Good location to get away from the loud music at night but still central and easy to get around the island.

I liked the guest house. I mean sure it is a budget hotel and for the price we payed for us it was really fine. So of course one should not expect new rooms and furniture, but the location was good and the staff were friendly.

It's a cheap place, so I didn't expect anything great. It's a bit remote and the construction doesn't seem to be of the best quality, but for the price, it's okay. There is a strong sewage smell.

Quaint Favela style accommodation. It's very affordable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It's located about 15 minutes walk from Ton Sai Pier, so the area is very quiet.

Be careful, the photographs that show the place are misleading, once You arrive the experience is disastrous. First of all, to get to the rooms you have to go through two channels of dirty water with a horrible smell. The reception is a separate office run by a correct, although not friendly, woman. They give you the key and you have to go up an alley with stairs, once you arrive you find the "surprise" of a place, a room in very poor condition, a bathroom that, every time you shower, gets completely wet and floods . When flooded, a putrid smell sometimes arises. The "landscape" of the window is roofs, cans and garbage. The safe does not work, which makes the experience even more stressful. In the three nights we stayed, they did not clean. The morning after the first night we contemplated losing what we paid and staying at another hotel, but we realized that the planned tours started early and ended late, and then when we arrived we were in nice restaurants so that we only went to sleep, which tired enough not to have to see the place for many minutes. They did not replace the toilet paper, we had to Buy it. The room had no TV. It was like living in the poorest neighborhood in town.
