Worst experience in Thailand. I rightly give 1 star and for several reasons.We arrived in a room whose walls were completely moldy and not cleaned, smell of musty and humidity which hit us directly. The bathroom was even worse. So we asked to change rooms. Without making a problem, as if they were used to it, they moved us to a room upstairs, much less humid. The first room is the dirtiest I've ever seen, it's really unthinkable that they offer it. In the second bedroom, shower that doesn't drain at all, linen/towel/sheets that stay wet all day. Very dirty air conditioning which made us sick.Very noisy in the evening, when it's outside (bar music nearby) I understand and no problem. But the noise was related to other guests shouting and partying in several rooms all night. No reaction from them even though it is written as prohibited in their very strict regulations.If the noise was only in the evening... from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m., washing machine noises like you've never heard before (tremor in the walls, enormous vibrations) took place without pause. Unable to rest or sleep in the morning. The next day, at 6 a.m., hotel staff were shouting in the hallways while cleaning the rooms.The only positive point of the accommodation is the location, very well located in the city, very close to everything. But I think all the hotels on the island are well located and certainly better than this one.I give 2 stars to the service only for the guy who carries the suitcases who was very friendly.

We stayed two nights, the price is affordable compared to the rest of the hotels. The room was clean.The perfect location, restaurants around and very close to the port.

The rooms here are so modern and clean that I think some reviewers are forgetting that this is only a 2* hostel! I was pleasantly surprised with how clean and quiet my stay here was, despite being in the heart of Phi Phi Don. The only downside was that my shower took a long time to drain. The staff were very helpful, let me stow my luggage for several hours on both ends of my stay and helped me find activities around the island.

Amazing hostel in Koh Phi Phi! It was very comfortable for a family of 4, the rooms were spacious, clean and lovely. It was a very close walk to the pier and other beaches. Luckily it was not loud at all despite the clubs on the island. However what stood out was the incredible service.

Lovely modern hotel in middle of town, with large, clean, comfortable rooms, great bedding, safe, good WiFi, good AC, kettle, fridge. I was initially concerned by provided earplugs, but room was amazingly quiet considering location not far from noisy bars. No pool or view, but beach and sea 2mins walk. Recommended!

Took 3/4 mins walk from the pier to get to the hotel . Small alleys and 2 storey buildings on both side with small vendors and small restaurants.. what an amazing place . Then I saw my hotel … so neat and clean … big rooms . We took the room with a small balcony. They don’t provide breakfast but right in corner there is a food place with great breakfast options with reasonable price range.

I would have given minus stara if possibleI am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at the P2 Wood loft. We booked 5 rooms at the property for 4 nights.Upon checking in on June 25th, the room we were assigned had a strong and unpleasant sewage odor emanating from the bathroom. This odor caused nausea for several members of my family.However, the situation became even more unacceptable on June 26th. At 11:00 am, we were unexpectedly asked to vacate our room as it was apparently unavailable. We were then forced to wait outside the hotel in the hot weather for over 2-3 hours until 1:00 am on June 27th, with no proper explanation or apology.To our further dismay, the replacement room we were finally given was located in a separate building that is clearly under construction. This new room has a strong smell of wood, cement, and other construction materials and even worst smell of gutter. Additionally, there is constant noise from ongoing construction work, and construction workers smoking near the room made us feel unsafe.These conditions are completely unacceptable, especially considering the inconvenience caused by the unexpected room change and the long wait outside in the heat. I am travelling with 2 small babies and I cannot accept this situation as it feels very very unsafeTherefore, I am requesting a full refund for my stay at this hotel. I was no longer comfortable staying at this property and left my paid rooms to shift to another neaby hotel.. also I have met the one of the worst front desk staff of my life. So rude and unapproachable

I stayed for 2 nights and it was very convenient as it was close to the pier and there was a minimart, souvenir shop, massage, coin laundry, bar, etc. The hotel staff was very kind and made reservations for boats and tours, and told me about things to see, such as the free fire show, so I really enjoyed it. Our room was compact but had everything and was comfortable without worrying about noise. Having beach towels and bath towels was also very helpful. This is a recommended hotel.
