We tried out the panorama view room, and the view was simply stunning. If you’re looking for a quiet and peaceful spot on the island, this is it! A shuttle bus or longtail boat gets you to the island centre instantly, and if you are planning on doing trips to the surrounding islands, you can book a boat at the reception and board at the hotel’s private beach. The resort has three restaurants, a huge water park with around 10 wild waterslides, a private beach that also has a pool, the hotel also offers massage service, etc. The staff is really pleasant and always willing to go the additional mile for you!

Our experience with PP Mountain Beach Resort was very good. The staff are friendly and helpful, and they offer a free shuttle bus and long tail boats to get around the island. Beautiful location, nice rooms, and a great view! The resort also has a beach with sun beds, which was very pleasant as well! All in all a great experience!

Caring staff travels around the territory and solves problems themselves without calling. Our key did not work upon check-in, an employee arrived and immediately helped. The rooms are large and clean, everything is there and working, beautiful view of the sea.

Beautiful hotel in the mountains, the view is amazing, sunrise at 06:10 am, don't miss it. Delicious breakfasts. The hotel has shuttles (Sangteo) run on a schedule that may vary depending on the season

We were passing through overnight on a two-day excursion. I would like to immediately note that the location is quite remote from the beach; it takes about 10 minutes by car. But the beautiful views are worth it. Dine at sunset overlooking the bay... beauty and that's all. I didn't like the bathroom in the room. It smells like sewer, the shower is open, the toilet is almost right next to it. After washing, the floor around the toilet is wet, well, a third of the bathroom. Otherwise the room is pleasant, spacious, large veranda with chairs, quite quiet.

Great location, quiet and peaceful, and great views from top of the mountain. You need a shuttle to go to beach or town, but you max. wait 5 minutes. Service was excellent.

I really like it. The employees are very attentive and caring. The place is on the mountain. But far from everything, but peaceful, beautiful view, and there is always a free shuttle service. At this price, you get a room that is good value and spacious. There are complete amenities.

Construction was happening just outside my bedroom from 8 AM to 5 PM, yet they considerately relocated us to superior accommodations. The owner was extremely gracious.

The rooms are shabby, the towels are dirty, not a single hanger, the pillows are completely tin (the mattress is good) - everything is old and not fresh. But this view from the room at sunrises sucks!

The hotel is contradictory: very old, although partially renovated.It is clear that most of the once-former greatness is in decline: the lawns have dried up, the swimming pools are dead, some are simply standing without water, the water slides were once sculpted by hand from concrete and painted so many times that the paint falls off in pieces, plus, driving on uneven concrete is not the greatest pleasure.The furniture in the rooms is old, the doors, windows, and wooden railings have long since peeled off and become dilapidated. The drainage doesn't work well and the rooms smell like sewer pipes.From the good:Beautiful views from the top of the mountain in the center of the island: at night you can see the bay and from any room you can see the sea.All houses are 2-3 storeys, entrances from different sides are made so that neighbors do not intersect. Everything outside is white and clean.Huge verandas in each room, floor-to-ceiling windows and glass sliding doors.Everything is covered in flowering trees (although the lawns are completely abandoned).Very good breakfast and dinner: not many dishes, but perfectly prepared.Dinner takes place on the observation deck with a unique view.The transfer down to the sea, the city and the nightlife is organized in small open cars according to a schedule; walking is definitely a very long way.It seemed that the once expensive and beautiful hotel today only works as a transit for tourists on two-day excursions. Spending one night here is wonderful. But there are no permanent residents.

I recommend this hotel.As soon as we arrived at TONSAI PIER, a taxi boat met us to drop us off on the other side of the island where a driver was waiting to take us to the hotel.We were accommodated in a magnificent and large room, with a very large bed and a large balcony with sea view.The hotel has a shuttle service (free) every day which goes back and forth to the beach/city center from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.Beyond 9 p.m. 300BT/room.Everything was perfect, the staff attentive and pleasant.We were advised and guided by the hotel manager who is also French.The varied breakfasts change every day.The large swimming pool is currently unavailable due to a lack of water on the island.

Super hotel, huge, on the mountain, gorgeous view, quiet, good, decent price. The rooms are large, the showers are gigantic, everything is clean, it smells nice. Pure pleasure. We were here on a tour of the islands. I recommend it to everyone

This hotel is up a hill and a bit far from both long beach and town, for which a car is always needed. Luckily the hotel has a car service for free (until 9pm) that brings you around. Facility and rooms a ok, staff very friendly

Dear Management,I hope this message finds you well. I recently stayed at your hotel and overall, our experience was pleasant. However, I feel compelled to bring to your attention a concerning incident that occurred during our stay.On the 14th of February, my spouse and I experienced a loss of approximately 5000 bhaat while we were out for dinner. Subsequently, the following day, my husband's Raben worth 18,000 rupees went missing from our room. Despite promptly reporting the first incident to your staff, the resolution offered was not satisfactory.While I appreciate your efforts in reviewing the CCTV footage along the road, it's essential to consider that there are alternative points of entry to our room. This raises concerns regarding the overall security measures in place.I believe it's crucial for guests to be informed about taking extra precautions to safeguard their valuables during their stay. Perhaps reinforcing this message through signage or verbal communication upon check-in could mitigate similar incidents in the future.I want to reiterate that aside from this unfortunate experience, we enjoyed our time at your establishment. Wonderful new resort. Rooms are big, full of sun with nice view to the see. Bathrooms are beautiful. Stuff was helpful and so friendly. Helped us with anything we needed. As it is on top of mountain (as the name says) there is an imazing view and refreshing breeze. It is quiet and no outside people walk through here, which is good. Hotel provides all day long taxi shuttle to beach and to town as it is further by walking. This may be a problem to people that want to party and return late. Last free shuttle from town rides at 9pm, for our family it is perfect, for other so they know. The aquapark was fun. The level of decorating fish and other colorful painted animals and sculpted details is incredible. So nice. But watch for your kids, definetely the rides are for older kids, like over 8 years and older. The slides are quick and curvy. There are smaller pools for infants too. We were here firstly when it just opened in 2020 and happily came back in 2022, 2023 and in 2024. We had an imazing 5 days here. Enjoyed it here a lot!

1. The hotel is still being constructed2. Management is clueless3. They will do a non refundable reservation as the only choice on the hotel website but not send you a confirmation email. So you’re not sure if you have a room. I had the same experience as another reviewer call back in 20 min in my case. But that review is correct.4. Showed up to the hotel to be checked into a room which had a guest sleeping in his bed.5. Got a new room - Ac not working in Thailand heat, no phone in the room and I am asked to WhatsApp call the front desk if anything is needed.6. No shower head7. No Bath tub - just 2 blue pipes sticking out of the wall.8. No furniture in the room apart from a bed.Check out the photos. At USD 200/ night . 😂Update- So the manager said he would do a full refund. As long as it checks out - I will just chart this as a travel experience and lesson. The photos are still true. I’ll alter the ratings accordingly.Update 2 and reply to manager. I do appreciate and thank you for not charging me as of now. I am going to change my service rating to 5 stars. But all my pictures are 100% true. I would have deleted the review had you not questioned my truth. I stand by my pics. There was no furniture in the room at all. Expect for a bed and side table. Sir.
