The room is actually quite spacious and the view is not too bad, but there are quite a lot of disappointments.It is the first time in a Thailand hotel that we were not offered bottled water upon checking in, this was weird, after hundreds of hotels this was the first time and lacks service on that matter in my opinion.In the room there is no space in the bathroom to hang your towels. The sockets are not working properly. The beds are extremely hard and the pillows enormously tall, waking up with neck pain.

Stayed in a private room.Staff friendly.Good location. Close to main street.It varies depending on the room, but there are stairs to the 2nd or 3rd floor of the apartment. The atmosphere is like going up to a small village. It's annoying to climb up, but it's not difficult. (It may be a bit difficult if you have a large suitcase)The air conditioner was not in good condition. It wasn't cool, but it wasn't hot. (Room score deduction factor)Views vary depending on the room. It was a room with a slight view of the sea, and the sunset was pretty. There is a large glass window on one side of the room, so it feels open and not stuffy.The bathroom is very spacious.The water pressure is not uncomfortable for showering, but it is a bit weak compared to nearby hotels.Hot water works well (electric heater type)Pillow hygiene is desperate. (A lot of mold) A factor that significantly reduces the room score.There is a safe but it was not used.Since it is actually a private house, you can hang your laundry outdoors.I didn't feel any surrounding noise at all.Overall, it is good value for money.Recommended if the price is similar to nearby hotels.I would highly recommend it if hygiene conditions were improved.

*bedbugs* don’t stay here.
Terrible experience! Bedbugs, ants, and a malfunctioning air conditioner. We booked four nights but couldn't stand it for more than four hours. Save yourself and stay elsewhere.

The only thing good about this hotel is the location. The room and bathroom were dirty and dusty. We found a 2 boxes of empty pizza under the desk from previous guest. The mattress was terrible and you can feel the springs. I tried many times to ask for more toilet paper but nobody stays in the reception. There is not fridge in the room.I dont recommend it

We checked in for 2 nights, for 1 night we asked for 1200 baht, for this price we got a room with air conditioning, the bed linen felt dirty, the water pressure was very weak, it was difficult to wash your hair, the air conditioner remote control did not work, it was very noisy at night, it was possible to sleep only after 3 am. I didn't find any insects. We stayed in this room for one night and got our money back for the second. Bottom line: it was necessary to look for a standard hotel away from clubs and cafes.

Room I got not really look like what it shows on Agoda. bed is fine with thin blanket. Aircon works well.Location is good but it can be noisy at night from live music bar next door.No any drinking water in the room. not even trash bin 🤷🏻♀️ I booked here last minute just for one night

Great for the price (we paid €25/night). Clean and like in the pictures. We had a gecko in the room, but that can hardly be avoided in Thailand. The location is very central, so you can get everywhere quickly. However, this also makes it a bit louder at night. We had a large window with a view of the mountain as well as the sea!

Perfect location and good price for the island. The view from the room was absolutely amazing. Bring some ear plugs if you mind the music at night, there’s a lot of bars close so you will definitely hear the music until late. Bathroom in the room need a refresh, but it was ok for a couple of nights, very close to everything.AC works perfectly, clean room and the staff is lovely.

Loved Phi Phi island and the Tara inn. The host managed to squize me in even though I was the extra person outside of the booking.There was air-con in the room and everything else you need. Neaby to the beach and the clubs.I'd highly recommend this place.What an island..

Do not stay here. The staff are friendly but the building should be condemned and torn down. On the positive side there were geckos in the room to eat the bugs...(if you look at that as a positive aspect)
