This hotel was absolutely beautiful. The beds are extremely comfortable with big fluffy pillows and the staff were exceptional. Always there when you needed anything Nam, Khanh!!! We’re very friendly young men who were there to greet!😍❤️

The room was clean and cozy!!! Amenities were good and sufficient, soap had a very good scent!!! Location is good and accessible. It is within walking distance to many attractions and food places. By car is even more accessible. It is also a safe location👍❤️

The Urban Quarter Hanoi is a decent value for money stay. The location is not ideal but not far from the old quarter. Rooms are small and ours had no window, the shower practically hovers over the toilet seat - but then again for the price of around 18€ per night its okay. Staff is very friendly and concerned with your well-being. We didn‘t like the „nudging“ of hotel guests to a five star review by offering them free coffee. We acknowledge however, that this is a wide-spread practice here in Vietnam and not specific for this accomodation.

Amazing stay & Great value for money. It is a family business and the service is top notch. Location is only a short walk from the famous train cafe street and Old Quarter within walking distance. Highly recommended!

Great little spot in the Old Quarter - the staff have been absolutely amazing and extremely helpful organising day trips for me and attending to my needs and requests.The room I have is perfectly suited for a single person.There's a lift as well for those that struggle with stairs (like me ..)I only have one small gripe - and it's not really something that can be achieved (from my basic knowledge) there's not quite enough natural light coming through - the lights can sort this out for a bit. But otherwise my stay has been fantastic and I would definitely stay here again.

I had an amazing stay at The Urban Quarter Hanoi! The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable. The room was beautifully designed, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The location is perfect, with great restaurants and attractions within walking distance. Highly recommend!👍❤️

One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The service was exceptional from check-in to check-out. The room was luxurious, with all the little details taken care of. The pool and fitness center were great bonuses. Great value for the price – I can’t recommend this place enough!

Hotel which had just reopened and which really deserves to stay there, ideally located for walking in the center, pleasant and very clean room, very comfortable bedding, top breakfast, very attentive staff, a big thank you to HA for all its excellent advice, his professionalism, his kindness and above all his kindness which contributed to making our stay exceptional.

Urban Quarter Hanoi is a total gem! It's tucked away just enough to avoid the tourist hordes, but everything you want to see is within walking distance. The rooms are super cute and cozy, with little details that make you feel so relaxed. Definitely a hidden gem!

Lovely stay and one of the best people I have ever met! The location rocks being a few minutes away from museums, temple and the Old town. Breakfast was well served and tasty!
