Bonus resort

We were very comfortable in the simple room with a fan, everything was great, really... but I have a pretty important complaint...We have literally been in this hotel for a week and they have only cleaned our room once… and because we asked for it.I tried a second time asking for cleaning the penultimate morning, they said yes but no one cleaned.When asked what had happened at night, the answer was that they were busy and couldn't, that they would clean us the next day... but the next day we were checking out🥲The truth is that I was not expecting luxuries and the room was simple but perfect for what was necessary. To my liking, perhaps I would add a small refrigerator in all the rooms to have cold water to withstand the temperatures since we did not have air conditioning. (There is only a refrigerator in the villas)But having someone come and empty the trash once a day seems like a basic thing that they would have to do EVERY DAY (it doesn't matter if you are in the villa with air conditioning or the simple bamboo ones because poop smells and it doesn't matter how pretty or simple let it be the room)Imagine papers with pee, poop, snot... a week waiting because there are no replacement garbage bags to do it myself😂We have been great, excellent location, very friendly staff and excellent prices 🫶🏼If we return to Koh Lipe, without a doubt, the bonus hotel will be one of our options. I hope you take note of my recommendation for our next visit. I feel very bad about having any complaints or criticisms because they have been charming🫶🏼

The room is clean, quiet, the owner is kind.

Really amazing, there we had one of the Aircon Villas as a package that safed us lots of hussle organizing boats and so on ourself. The rooms were modern well furnished and all was great. The owners and Team were helpful and very kind. They also have Fan rooms ihavent visited them, but the aircon villa was amazing, we also easily extended our stay.

I stayed a long time at this friendly, central location. Fan room with a mosquito net for me but they have other more higher end, mosquito resistant, air-conditioned options.I was very comfortable here and it’s seconds walk from the busy walking street, although you wouldn’t know it by how quiet it is.

This was probably the worst room I had on Lipe. It could be really nice accommodation if the owner take care more of cleaning. The room smell so moldy and also room was really dusty. Bathroom had big space between wall and roof so mosquitoes and minipede could easily enter the room. Not really good privacy. No curtains or something what would block the view from outside. They had only some see through bamboo curtain - so someone could easily peek on you while shower.

Highly recommend! Rooms are super nice and in a good price, stuff are awesome and helpful. Location is perfect ( only a few minutes to sunrise/sunset/patya beach). Would definitely go there again!

I arrived there by chance and it was a very pleasant surprise... a quiet oasis in the center! The staff is super friendly and always available. When you spend the whole day on the beach with the scorching sun, the greenery and the sounds of the birds upon returning to the Bonus are the perfect refreshment 😊

Best private huts

The team at Bonus Resort is very friendly and helpful. At the “service point” you can refill your water bottle and make yourself a coffee free of charge. The bungalows are very well equipped.

The most comfort resort in island. And this resort in mid-island, easy way to any where.It's a very comfortable resort hotel, located in the center of Koh Lipe and easily accessible.
